Abstract: O presente artigo tem como objetivo contribuir para o debate sobre a insercao da avaliacao no ciclo das politicas ambientais no Brasil, discutindo desafios e perspectivas que se apresentam. Para tanto, e feito um resgate historico da evolucao da avaliacao, discutindo o conceito, classificacao e usos da avaliacao e finalmente a avaliacao de politicas ambientais, com base nos pressupostos de que ferramentas desenvolvidas para a avaliacao de politicas sociais podem ser adaptadas para avaliar politicas ambientais, e ferramentas da area ambiental tambem podem contribuir para o avanco do campo de estudo. As conclusoes mostram que os desafios sao grandes, principalmente na obtencao de dados. Em um primeiro momento, talvez nao seja possivel avaliar impactos de forma ampla, mas e importante avaliar criterios relativos a transparencia, equidade e legitimidade, bem como reconstruir as teorias de implementacao. O uso automatico dos resultados e pouco provavel, mas se a avaliacao faz parte de um arcabouco mais amplo de melhoria da gestao publica, eles repercutem no aperfeicoamento das politicas.

Abstract: RESUMO Esta pesquisa analisou o uso do Facebook e as nocoes de conhecimento etico em rede por estudantes da graduacao de Medicina. Trata-se de estudo transversal descritivo, realizado de agosto a dezembro de 2015, com questionario estruturado impresso autoaplicado a alunos de Medicina procedentes de instituicao publica de Curitiba (PR). A amostra foi composta por 310 academicos, com maior frequencia feminina (58,1%; p = 0,005) e media de 23,3 anos de idade. O Facebook foi usado de modo espontâneo e informal para fins educacionais tres vezes na semana por 68 (21,9%) alunos e diariamente por 188 alunos (60%; p < 0,0001). As ferramentas empregadas foram documentos (84,2%; p < 0,0001), mural (55%), bate-papo (50%) e eventos (49%). Essas aplicacoes foram usadas para verificar avisos com representantes, atualizar cronograma, resolver exercicios, tirar duvidas com professores e colegas, fazer trabalho on-line. Os estudantes perceberam como vantagens o compartilhamento de informacoes, interacao entre pessoas, facilidade e rapidez, e formacao de grupos. As desvantagens alegadas foram falta de privacidade (34,5%), distracao e perda de foco (19,7%), questoes eticas (11%), dificuldade de inclusao digital (4,2%), disponibilidade de tempo dos professores (3,5%), vicio e dependencia da internet (1,6%) e conteudos duvidosos (1,3%). Fotos ou filmes de pacientes foram postados em midias sociais por 13,1% dos estudantes. Apenas 2% do total de academicos conheciam as normas eticas para sites de medicina e saude na internet. O uso do Facebook, criado e administrado pelos estudantes com base em suas necessidades, interesses e desejos, extrapolou a simples incorporacao de uma rede social. Permitiu criar um espaco de comunicacao, interacao, partilha e colaboracao que promoveu aprendizagem. Entretanto, politicas educacionais para o ambiente virtual podem melhorar a integracao entre professores e alunos, e promover o uso pedagogico mais reflexivo, criterioso e profundo. Para uso sistematizado da internet e suas redes nesse curso, poderiam ser propostos investimentos financeiros, treinamento docente e discente, e estabelecimento de regras para uso mais seguro e responsavel. Nesta amostra de estudantes, o Facebook foi utilizado para a organizacao academica e do aprendizado de forma complementar ao ensino presencial. Contudo, sao necessarias estrategias educativas de maior abrangencia, com normas eticas e profissionais acerca de midias digitais.

Abstract: The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of 2% chlorhexidine (CHX) application during the bonding protocol on microshear bond strength of two adhesive systems, after storage in different media. Seventy-two human molars had their crowns cut in half and embedded in PVC cylinders with acrylic resin. The specimens were randomly divided into experimental groups (n=12) according to the adhesive system (Ambar and Single Bond 2), use of CHX in the bonding protocol, and time interval (24 h and 15 days) in the storage media (distilled water, mineral oil and 1% sodium hypochlorite - NaOCl). Adhesive systems were applied in accordance to manufacturers' recommendations, with or without the use of CHX, and resin composite (Z350 XT) cylinders were placed on the hybridized dentin. After photoactivation, the specimens were stored in distilled water, mineral oil and 1% NaOCl for 24 h and 15 days. Microshear bond strength was determined at a crosshead speed of 0.5 mm/min until fracture. The bond strength data were analyzed statistically by 4-way ANOVA and Tukey's test (α=5%). Use of CHX in the bonding protocol did not cause loss of bond strength in any of the evaluated situations, irrespective of time and storage medium. The storage medium had no influence on bond strength values after 15 days when the bond protocol without CHX application was used. However, the use of CHX in the protocol influenced negatively the bond strength values for Single Bond 2 after 15 days storage in distilled water and 1% NaOCl.
