Abstract: Assessment in Physical Education (PE) in a Learning Community is the focus of this article. It is a descriptive research that used documentary analysis, non-participant observation and semi-structured interview with a teacher of PE for data collection. The teacher uses conversations before and after activities, written record of observations, exchange of e-mails and individual conversations with learners as evaluation tools because he understands that is necessary to consider the entire educational process. The conclusion is that the teacher uses these assessment tools to dialogue with the students about the knowledge acquired during the activities performed and to reorganize their pedagogical practice.

Abstract: Um determinado conhecimento e considerado compreendido por alguem quando pode ser transformado e adaptado a situacoes diferenciadas. Essa premissa e transmitida pela teoria “Teaching for Understanding” (TFU). Buscando avaliar como sao desenvolvidas as aulas de Educacao Fisica nas instituicoes que utilizam essa teoria na fundamentacao do seu ensino, analisamos, primeiramente, tres escolas em Buenos Aires. A partir desse diagnostico, fomos analisar essa situacao no Brasil. Em Sao Paulo, encontramos uma escola e optamos em estuda-la atraves de um estudo de caso. Essa pesquisa ainda se propos apontar diretrizes para o desenvolvimento de aulas de Educacao Fisica fundamentadas no EpC. Entre as orientacoes didaticas apontadas, foi sugerido que, para que um ensino objetive a compreensao do aprendiz, deve reconhecer os diferentes potenciais dos alunos, baseando-se nas experiencias de vida, incentivando assim, uma aprendizagem critica, reflexiva e autonoma, e que, atraves de desafios, os alunos sejam estimulados a solucionarem problemas motores.

Abstract: This paper discusses Guillermo Hurtado’s contribution towards a better understanding of some epistemological concepts like doubt, belief and suspicion. First of all, I argue that his methodological approach is dogmatical, since he uses ordinary language to settle some philosophical topics. Moreover, ordinary language may not be as clear and precise as he seems to think it is. In the second place, I make some suggestions in his line of thought, not only in the idea of a reasonable doubt, but also in the relations between doubt and inquiry.

Abstract: O presente artigo constitui uma reflexao acerca da relacao que a legislacao de parcelamento do solo deve estabelecer com o principio da autonomia dos entes federativos, objetivando, como toda a politica urbana, a concretizacao da funcao social da cidade. Nesse sentido, nao poderia deixar de referir o PL 3.057/2000, que se auto-denomina lei de responsabilidade territorial em substituicao a atual Lei 6.766/79, configurando norma geral sobre o parcelamento do solo urbano e a regularizacao fundiaria sustentavel, e que esta, atualmente, em trâmite perante a Câmara dos Deputados. Indaga-se, nesse particular, se o aludido PL esta conforme os principios do "federalismo cooperativo" ou se os seus dispositivos ferem ou podem ferir a autonomia dos entes federativos, em especial dos municipios.
