Abstract: OBJETIVO: Relatar uma experiencia politico-pedagogica que ampliou a leitura de mundo dos estudantes do Ensino Medio sobre os conhecimentos contra-hegemonicos produzidos sobre as praticas corporais e o corpo durante as aulas de Educacao Fisica. METODOS: Foi relatada uma experiencia educativa com estudantes do 1o ano do curso de Eletronica integrado ao Ensino Medio do Instituto Federal de Sao Paulo – Campus SP, entre os meses de agosto e dezembro de 2020. A turma possui aproximadamente 40 alunos e o curriculo e constituido por duas aulas semanais de Educacao Fisica. RESULTADOS: Os estudantes realizaram uma leitura critica do mundo sobre os saberes contra-hegemonicos sociais, politicos, economicos, historicos, biologicos e fisiologicos que se relacionam com as praticas corporais e o corpo, produzidos pela literatura cientifica e movimentos sociais, durante as aulas do componente curricular. CONCLUSAO: Ao fazer um dialogo entre os conceitos de leitura de mundo e ecologia de saberes contra-hegemonicos, produzidos por Paulo Freire e Boaventura de Sousa Santos, passamos a defender que a funcao social das aulas de educacao fisica esta relacionada com a leitura critica do mundo dos saberes produzidos sobre as dancas, lutas, esportes, ginasticas, jogos, brincadeiras e a relacao da sociedade com o corpo, pelos grupos que foram marginalizados no sistema capitalista.ABSTRACT. Reading the world in physical education classes in high school: For an ecology of counter-hegemonic knowledge about body practices and the bodyOBJECTIVE: To report a political-pedagogical experience that expanded the reading of the world of high school students about the counter-hegemonic knowledge produced about body and body practices during physical education classes. METHODS: An educational experience was reported with students from the 1st year of the electronics course integrated with high school at the Federal Institute of Sao Paulo - Campus SP, between the months of august and december of the year 2020. the class has approximately 40 students and the curriculum is consisting of two weekly physical education. RESULTS: The students carried out a critical reading of the world about the social, political, economic, historical, biological and physiological counter-hegemonic knowledge that is related to body and body practices, produced by scientific literature and social movements, during the classes of the curricular component. CONCLUSION: By making a dialogue between the concepts of world reading and the ecology of counter-hegemonic knowledge, produced by Paulo Freire and Boaventura de Sousa Santos, we come to defend that the social function of Physical Education classes is related to the critical reading of the world of knowledge produced on dances, fights, sports, gymnastics, games and the relationship of society with the body, by groups that were marginalized in the capitalist system.

Abstract: Objetivo: Analisar o gene ACTN3 na pratica esportiva de alto rendimento, bem como verificar a relacao com o desempenho na modalidade especifica e a influencia do gene ACTN-3 sobre a caracterizacao das fibras musculares. Metodologia: Trata-se de um estudo de revisao narrativa da literatura, que analisou artigos publicados em lingua portuguesa e/ou inglesa, entre os anos 1995 e 2020, encontrados na plataforma de pesquisa Google Academico, selecionados a partir das palavras-chave, sinonimos e descritores “genetica”, “polimorfismo”, “performance” e “actn3”. Foram incluidos estudos com texto completo disponivel em meio online, de forma gratuita, que forneciam informacoes sobre genetica humana, o polimorfismo do gene ACTN3, a influencia da genetica no desempenho esportivo e os tipos de fibras musculares e sua intervencao no esporte, totalizando 41 artigos. Resultados: A analise resultou numa categorizacao, separada por cinco tematicas que devem ser consideradas dentro da prescricao e pratica esportiva de alto rendimento: a) Individualidade biologica: genetica no esporte; b) Actina; c) Polimorfismo genetico; d) Genotipo ACTN3 RR, XX, RX; e) O polimorfismo R577X do gene ACTN3: relacao da genetica com o tipo de fibra muscular. Consideracoes Finais: A expressao do gene ACTN3 favorece o desempenho esportivo de atletas que exercem forca/velocidade. Pessoas com o genotipo mutante possuem maior desempenho quando se trata de esportes de resistencia aerobia. Dessa forma, alem dos fatores intrinsecos, os fatores extrinsecos precisam ser constantemente manipulados, como o treinamento adequado, rotina de descanso e alimentacao, indispensaveis para uma boa performance.

Abstract: This analysis of the urban fabric of the so-called Mooca district, in the city of Sao Paulo, Brazil, involves the consideration of streets, street-blocks, plots and buildings taken in isolation, and also of two other composite elements: ‘corridors’ crossing each city sector and corridors within each sector. The corridor is understood as the articulation between the street, the plots on both sides of the street and the buildings erected in these plots. Each corridor contains different information on the urban tissue varying according to the scale of analysis: region, municipality and neighborhood. Each part of the city contained inbetween corridors is a subarea. The paper offers an analysis of corridors in the formation of traditional residential fabrics.

Abstract: Purpose To present a model to reproduce the clinical condition, in order to better understand the pathophysiology of neurological impairment related to intoxication. Methods Twenty-five Wistar rats were used and divided into five groups: Shaw group (WHI), water gavage group (WGV), star fruit gavage group (SGV), nephropathic group with water gavage (NPW), nephropathic group with star fruit gavage (NPS).Nephropathic groups were submitted to surgery, developing nephropathy. After surgery, they received preestablished gavage with star fruit juice or water. The electroencephalographic records were evaluated in the experimental nephropathic group that received gavage of star fruit juice. Results To assess the induction of neurotoxicity using electroencephalographic data, the NPS group demonstrated the presence of epileptic seizures associated with star fruit intoxication. Conclusions The experimental model herein presented was adequate to reproduce the clinical condition experienced by nephropathic patients who ingest star fruit juice, establishing, thus, an experimental model utterly important for the study of the neurological toxicity process.

Abstract: No capítulo final do livro A construção funcional moderna, de 1923, a ser contextualizado e parcialmente traduzido, o teórico alemão Adolf Behne apresenta as vertentes racionalistas que começam a reverberar na Alemanha naquele momento. O ano de escritura do livro estudado o torna documento histórico da mudança de pensamento em curso por aqueles anos, evidenciado justamente no terceiro capítulo da obra, através do contraponto entre o funcionalismo alemão e o racionalismo do ocidente (França e Holanda). O procedimento da pesquisa para elaboração da trilogia de artigos inclui consulta ao texto A construção funcional moderna, em alemão e espanhol, e o estudo de obras arquitetônicas, teóricas e históricas para a compreensão do conteúdo que é objeto deste estudo.
