TL;DR: Almost 50% of patients with Crohn's disease who were treated for at least 1 year with infliximab and an antimetabolite agent experienced a relapse within 1 year after discontinuation of inflixIMab, however, patients with a low risk of relapse can be identified using a combination of clinical and biologic markers.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors studied high-order harmonic generation in the general case of absorbing and dispersive atomic gas media and showed that the harmonic conversion efficiency tends to a limit mainly imposed by the harmonic reabsorption in the gas.
Abstract: We study high-order harmonic generation in the general case of absorbing and dispersive atomic gas media. For ultrashort laser pulses, the harmonic conversion efficiency tends to a limit mainly imposed by the harmonic reabsorption in the gas. This limit, independent on the gas density, is the same for both the case of a loosely focused beam or a beam guided in a gas-filled hollow-core fiber. Under optimum conditions, we measured the highest conversion efficiency to date $(4\ifmmode\times\else\texttimes\fi{}{10}^{\ensuremath{-}5})$ for the 15th harmonic generated in xenon using a 40 fs, 1.5 mJ, 800 nm pulse at a 1 kHz repetition rate.

TL;DR: Currently available approaches to molecular-scale logic gates are summarized and compared and integration of simple logic functions to produce more complex ones is discussed in terms of recent developments.
Abstract: Currently available approaches to molecular-scale logic gates are summarized and compared. These include: chemically-controlled fluorescent and transmittance-based switches concerned with small molecules, DNA oligonucleotides with fluorescence readout, oligonucleotide reactions with DNA-based catalysts, chemically-gated photochromics, reversibly denaturable proteins, molecular machines with optical and electronic signals, two-photon fluorophores and multichromophoric transient optical switches. The photochemical principles of electron and energy transfer are involved in several of these approaches. More complex molecular logic systems with reconfigurability and superposability provide contrasts with current semiconductor electronics. Integration of simple logic functions to produce more complex ones is also discussed in terms of recent developments.

TL;DR: The correlation function shows photon antibunching, an unique feature of nonclassical radiation field, which decreases if two molecules rather than one are pumped at the same time.
Abstract: The correlation between fluorescence photons emitted by an optically pumped single molecule of pentacene in a p-terphenyl host has been investigated at short times. The correlation function shows photon antibunching, a unique feature of a nonclassical radiation field, which decreases if two molecules rather than one are pumped at the same time. The peculiarities of the correlation function for a three-level molecule are discussed and the theoretical description outlined.
