TL;DR: In this article, the sizing and techno-economic optimisation of a stand-alone hybrid PV/wind system with battery storage is presented, where the main objective of the present study is to find the optimum size of system (optimum system configurations), able to fulfil the energy requirements of a given load distribution, for three sites located at Corsica island (at three sites in Corsica, Italy).

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors investigated the availability of world lithium resources and drew conclusions on its actual impact on the electric vehicles (EVs) industry, including a short-term forecast of lithium price evolution and a picture of the existing lithium industry and market.
Abstract: Electric vehicles (EVs) are on the verge of breaking through, most presumably flooding the automotive market with lithium-ion batteries as energy storage systems. This paper investigates the availability of world lithium resources and draws conclusions on its actual impact on the EV industry. Apart from lithium deposits geographic distribution, our contributions to the global knowledge range from a short-term forecast of lithium price evolution to a picture of the existing lithium industry and market plus a detailed explanation of the geologic origins of all the inventoried lithium resources.

TL;DR: Feature-based molecular networking (FBMN) as discussed by the authors is an analysis method in the Global Natural Products Social Molecular Networking (GNPS) infrastructure that builds on chromatographic feature detection and alignment tools.
Abstract: Molecular networking has become a key method to visualize and annotate the chemical space in non-targeted mass spectrometry data. We present feature-based molecular networking (FBMN) as an analysis method in the Global Natural Products Social Molecular Networking (GNPS) infrastructure that builds on chromatographic feature detection and alignment tools. FBMN enables quantitative analysis and resolution of isomers, including from ion mobility spectrometry.
