TL;DR: The phenomenon of transgenerational epigenetic inheritance is discussed and the difficulty of providing conclusive proof for it in experimental and observational studies is discussed.
Abstract: Transgenerational epigenetic inheritance refers to the transmission of epigenetic information through the germline. While it has been observed in plants, nematodes and fruit flies, its occurrence in mammals—and humans in particular—is the matter of controversial debate, mostly because the study of transgenerational epigenetic inheritance is confounded by genetic, ecological and cultural inheritance. In this comment, I discuss the phenomenon of transgenerational epigenetic inheritance and the difficulty of providing conclusive proof for it in experimental and observational studies.

TL;DR: In this article, the Neumann boundary value problem for the chemotaxis system is considered in a smooth bounded domain and it is shown that if then for any such data there exists a global-in-time classical solution, generalizing a previous result which asserts the same for n=2 only.
Abstract: The Neumann boundary value problem for the chemotaxis system
is considered in a smooth bounded domain Ω⊂ℝn, n⩾2, with initial data and v0∈W1, ∞(Ω) satisfying u0⩾0 and v0>0 in . It is shown that if then for any such data there exists a global-in-time classical solution, generalizing a previous result which asserts the same for n=2 only. Furthermore, it is seen that the range of admissible χ can be enlarged upon relaxing the solution concept. More precisely, global existence of weak solutions is established whenever . TL;DR: In this paper, the physics of photovoltaic absorbers, such as hybrid metal-organic perovskites, are investigated and the potential open-circuit voltage of perovskiy thin films is estimated.
Abstract: In the quest for better solar panels, we continue to refine our understanding of the physics of photovoltaic absorbers, such as hybrid metal-organic perovskites By scrutinizing photoluminescence transients, the authors explain how to determine fundamental semiconductor properties and estimate the potential open-circuit voltage of perovskite thin films Additionally, they highlight the impacts of photon recycling, doping, and bulk and surface recombination of charge carriers on device performance

TL;DR: According to the quality of evidence only a weak recommendation for MBSR can be made at this point, and further high quality RCTs are required for a conclusive judgment of its effects.
