Abstract: 6 freiwillige Probanden erhielten nach Messung der basalen Sauresekretion des Magens 300 µg PGE1 in 250 ml Infusionsflussigkeit (4–5 µg/kg KG) i.v. uber 30 min. Erstmals wurde nachgewiesen, das Prostaglandin E1 auch beim Menschen die Sauresekretion in signifikanter Weise hemmt. Die bei diesen Personen auftretenden Nebenwirkungen waren tolerabel. In einem weiteren Fall trat unter PGE1 ein leicht beherrschbarer Blutdruckabfall unter 90 mm Hg systolisch auf.

Abstract: Durch massenspektrometrische Analyse des beim Erwarmen wasserstoffbelegter Nickelfilme desorbierten Gases wird gezeigt, das durch sehr geringfugige Verunreinigungen Desorptionsmaxima auftreten, die zusatzliche Adsorptionszustande vortauschen konnen. An dunnen Nickelfilmen konnen nur drei Zustande des Wasserstoffs mit unterschiedlicher Aktivierungsenergie fur die Desorption nachgewiesen werden. Diese Zustande zeigen sich auch in charakteristischen Anderungen des elektrischen Widerstandes.
Mass spectrometrical analysis of the gases desorbed from nickel films covered with hydrogen shows that small amounts of impurities produce desorption peaks simulating additional adsorption states of hydrogen. There are only three states of hydrogen desorbed from the nickel films with different activation energies. These species are responsible for characteristic changes in the electrical resistance of the nickel films.

Es werden verschiedene Modifikationen des Grundmodells, insbesondere aber die deterministische, in Realzeit arbeitende Version betrachtet, sowohl hinsichtlich der Lage der durch den Automatentyp definierten Sprachklasse in derChomsky-Hierarchie, als auch das Verhalten dieser Sprachen gegenuber gewissen Operationen. Einige Resultate uber Entscheidbarkeitsfragen werden zitiert.

Abstract: There have been few recent additions to the group of mercury-nitrogen compounds. Current developments in this field are mainly concerned with the elucidation of the structures of these compounds. The structures of coordination-polymeric Hg–N compounds may be considered from the point of view of their relationship with silicates. Abstract: Eine Reihe von Quecksilber(I)-Stickstoff-Verbindungen mit formal positiv geladenem Stickstoffatom (1–13) wird durch Umsetzung von Aminen mit Quecksilber(I)-nitrat im System Methanol/Wasser erhalten. In den Verbindungen 8–11 stellt dabei das Stickstoff-atom einen Teil eines aromatischen Ringsystems dar. Schwingungsspektrometrische und rontgenographische Untersuchungen weisen auf Gruppenstrukturen bei den Verbindungen 1–11 bzw. auf Kettenstrukturen bei den Verbindungen 12 und 13 hin. – Das Bindungssystem erweist sich in den aufgefuhrten Verbindungen als unerwartet stabil. Eine Bindung zwischen der Hg2-Gruppierung und dem Aminstickstoff ist jedoch nur dann moglich, wenn die Elektronendichte am Stickstoff innerhalb noch festzulegender Grenzen liegt. Bei zu groser Elektronendichte erfolgt Disproportionierung des Hg der Oxidations-stufe +1 zu Hg0 und HgII, bei zu niedriger Elektronendichte kann das Amin nicht mehr den Austausch der Wassermolekule im bewirken.
Stable Mercury(I)-Nitrogen Compounds, 3
A series of mercury(I)-nitrogen compounds with a formally + 1 charged nitrogen atom (1–13) has been prepared by addition of amines to mercury(I) nitrate in methanol/water. In the compounds 8–11 the nitrogen atom is part of an aromatic ring system. On the basis of i. r. spectroscopy and X-ray studies the compounds 1–11 are formulated with a group structure; compounds 12 and 13 are assigned chain structures. – The bond system in the above compounds shows an unexpected stability. The bonding between the Hg2-group and the amine-nitrogen is dependent upon the electron density on the nitrogen. The limits are not yet certain. Too high an electron-density results in disproportionation of the Hg1 to Hg0(metal) and HgII. When the electron density is too low, the substitution of by the amine does not occur.

Abstract: Streptomycin sensitive (ss) revertants were obtained from the streptomycin dependent mutant sd
3 by transfer to streptomycin-free medium. Contrary to ss-wildtype cells these ss-revertants were able to form new sd-colonies on streptomycin-medium. These secondary sd-cells were identical with the original sd
3-mutant. The frequency of formation of the secondary sd-colonies was different, it varied depending on the revertant strain from 0 to the remarkable number of 10−2. With increasing length of cultivation of the ss-revertants the capability of producing sd-cells decreased continuously. Finallym after 8 weeks the zero value was reached. The rate of decrease was depending on the revertant strain. These results show, that most of the newly formed revertants in addition to ss-information copies still possessed sd-copies which were segregating in the process of cell-division and producing secondary sd-colonies on streptomycin-medium. The sd-information is present in numerous copies; proved through the variable frequency of formation, the variable rate of decrease of sd-formation and the undiminished amount of segregation after cloning. Sager and Ramanis have shown that the genes of the single chloroplasts of the Chlamydomonas-cell are present only in two copies. The sd
3-information is located on the more numerous mitochondria if the statement of Sager and Ramanis proves to be true for the vegetative cells in principle.
