TL;DR: In this article, the authors tested the direct influence of supply chain integration capabilities on the competitive advantage of Sudanese manufacturing companies and indirect influence by testing market turbulence, and found that customer integration has a positive influence on quality, while flexibility is not affected by the integration capabilities.
Abstract: Competitive advantage is one of the complex challenges of business firms that require distinct capabilities and resources to achieve and sustain it. Supply chain integration is one of the most critical capabilities which contribute to Competitive advantage according to resource-based theory RBV. Therefore this study tested the direct influence of supply chain integration capabilities on the competitive advantage of Sudanese manufacturing companies and indirect influence by testing market turbulence. Two main hypotheses were developed and tested based on data gathered from a non-probability sample of Sudanese manufacturing companies through a questionnaire sent to (200) companies, where the response rate (85%). The data analyzed by (SPSS) AMOS23. The findings showed that customer integration has a positive influence on quality, while flexibility is not affected by the integration capabilities of supply chain, nevertheless the market turbulence strengthening the positive effect of integration capabilities on flexibility. The study provides managerial and theoretical implications and direction for future research.

Abstract: The application of electronic management in the agricultural extension organization in Iraq has been studied through four fields in the application, as the form included four item, namely: scientific recommendation, extension activities, agricultural employees, and administrative affairs, to enhancing the ability to implement electronic management in the agricultural extension organization. This research was executed in the province of Iraq. The provinces It was divided into four regions, which is next: Northern, Central, Middle Euphrates, and Southern governorates, 4,4,4,3, respectively, the study was carried out of 400 agricultural employees, the a proportional sample of 50% from the total respondents, which included 16 extension centers, 57 extension farms, the Agricultural Extension and Training Department Center, The descriptive approach was used to achieve the objects of the research about the electronic management of the extension organization in Iraq, the data was collected using the questionnaire, for analyzed the data use the (Frequency, and percentage). the results showed that the application of electronic management in the agricultural extension organization is Weak, and a few departments, divisions, extension centers and extension farms of the agricultural extension organization use electronic management in performing agricultural extension activities to communicate scientific recommendations to farmers and deal with agricultural employees in modern management. the recommended to use electronic management in the agricultural extension organization to save time and effort in communicating agricultural scientific guidelines quickly and communicating what is modern to farmers in developing agricultural production.

TL;DR: This work presented an effective real-time PCR technique for detecting PVL genes alone or in conjunction with mecA in S. aureus isolated from SSTIs in Baghdad, Iraq by RT-PCR.
Abstract: The bacterial infection Staphylococcus aureus is a gram-positive and widely distributed bacterium that commonly infects the skin and mucous membranes. Such infections can be the cause of death and illness. The present study aimed to detect the Panton-Valentine leukocidin (PVL) and mecA genes of S. aureus isolated from skin and soft tissue infections (SSTIs) in Baghdad, Iraq by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR).This study included 96 S. aureus isolated from SSTIs and identified by Vitek. The results showed that 61 (63.5%) and 48 (50%) of the isolates were positive for PVL and mecA genes, respectively. This work presented an effective real-time PCR technique for detecting PVL genes alone or in conjunction with mecA. The RT-PCR allows for easier reaction monitoring and eliminates the need for post-PCR processing, saving both resources and time. Moreover, it is ideal for diagnostic applications due to its simplicity, high sensitivity, and specificity. Besides, it has an option to do all the procedures in an automated mode of action.

TL;DR: In this paper, a series of 2-azetidinone derivatives have been obtained starting from pyromellitic dianhydride using sodium cyanate, and the diimide was alkylated with ethyl chloroacetate.
Abstract: A series of novel 2-azetidinone derivatives have been obtained starting from pyromellitic dianhydride. Pyromellitic dianhydride was converted to pyromellitic diimide using sodium cyanate, and the diimide was alkylated with ethyl chloroacetate. The resulting diester was treated with hydrazine hydrate to obtain dihydrazide which reacted with substituted pyridine-2-carbaldehydes to give the corresponding Schiff bases, and [2+2]-cycloaddition of the latter with chloroacetyl chloride in the presence of triethylamine afforded the target azetidin-2-one derivatives. The newly synthesized compounds showed high antimicrobial activities against some bacterial and fungal strains.
