TL;DR: In this article, the effect of nitrate and vitamin C infeed of the females rabbits on the haematological parameters was investigated, and the results showed a significant decreased (P<0.05) in hematological parameters (WBC, RBC, PCV and Hb).
Abstract: This study conducted to investigate the effect of nitrate and vitamin C infeed of the females rabbits on the haematological parameters. Twenty-eight adult New-Zealand females rabbits were divided randomly into four groups of 7 rabbits each, were fed nitrate and vitamin C 16 weeks as follow; Group 1 (G1) fed nitrate (170 mg/ kg B.W./ daily),Group 2 (G2) fed nitrate (170 mg/ kg B.W./ daily) and vitamin C (50 mg / kg B.W./ daily), Group 3 (G3): fed nitrate (170 mg/ kg B.W./ daily) and vitamin C (100 mg / kg B.W./ daily) and Group 4 (G4) fed a basal ration as control group. The results showed a significant decreased (P<0.05) in hematological parameters (WBC, RBC, PCV and Hb) in the group that fed nitrate (G1) compared with control group and groups that supplied vitamin C (G4, G2 and G3), whereas the groups that fed vitamin C showed a significant decreased (P<0.05) compared with the control group (G4). From results concluded, the nitrate has inhibition impact on the hematological parameters, while vitamin C decrease this effect.

TL;DR: Positive TGF-β3 immunostaining was detected as cell with staining brown color, all tissues sections included show Positive expression based on IHC teqnique, and majority of them 15 cases 50% had grade II moderately differentiated SCC, while 11 cases 36.7% showed 51.0% showed positive weak expression.
Abstract: Squamous cell carcinoma characterized by poor prognosis due to aggressive tumor growth and dissemination high rate of tumor cell . age ranged of patient case included in the study 40-62 years and mean age 55±99. The sex distribution male/female ratio 1:1. Male case 15 and female 15 of the present study The results of clinical forums showed in the current study was endophytic 10(33.3%) in the same time Exophytic were presented in 20 cases (76.7%). Regarding distribution of the tumors site, the preponderance of them 19 cases 73.3% were located alveolar mucosa, followed by in the tongue 11 cases(36.7%) Tumor stage was analyzed and recorded in Oral squamous cell carcinoma included cases, the preponderance of them were Stage II 11 cases 36.7% followed by stage III 10 cases 33.3% , 9 cases 30.0% were stage I. While Concerning tumor grade, majority of them 15 cases 50% had grade II moderately differentiated SCC, while 11 cases 36.7% had grade III poorly differentiated SCC and 4 cases 13.3% had grade I well differentiated SCC Positive TGF-β3 immunostaining was detected as cell with staining brown color, all tissues sections included show Positive expression based on IHC teqnique. Positive Transforming Growth Factor TGF-β3 Immuno staining was found in all case results and display that 4 samples with percentage 13.3% expressed strong positive 87.67 ± 1.45 expression , 11cases 36.7% showed 51.33 ±0.88 positive expression moderate at the same time 15 samples 50.0% showed positive weak expression.

TL;DR: A field experiment was carried out in the right side of the Euphrates in Ramadi city Anbar province - Iraq, used in the research six pure varieties of Sun flower as discussed by the authors.
Abstract: A field experiment was carried out in the right side of the Euphrates in Ramadi city Anbar province - Iraq, used in the research six pure varieties of Sun flower. These items introduced one-way half diallel in the 2018 spring season to produce 15 single crosses. The seeds of the parents and their hybrid were planted in the fall season 2018 in the design of R.C.B.D with three replicates. To estimate the effects of GCA, SCA and the gene action and some genetic parameters in the sun flower. The results showed that there were significant differences between the hybrids and its parents in all studied traits. Note that the GCA and SCA variation on the union was highly significant for all studied traits. It was found that the parent (5) is the best parent in terms of GCA in the individual plant yield, gave an effect of (8.83) while the hybrid (3 × 4) is the best hybrid in the effect of SCA for the weight of 1000 seeds and the individual plant yield, (28.84 and 28.46) respectively. While the highest value of the heterosis in the trait of the individual plant yield of the hybrid (4 × 6) gave a value of (57.29%). The GCA variance to SCA was less than one for all studied traits except plant height indicating that there is a dominance gene action controls heredity of traits. This was reflected in the increase in the degree of dominance of one for most of the studied traits. The percentage of inheritance in the broad sense ranged from (97.74%) for the individual plant status to (99.81%) for the number of seeds per disc, this is due to the high genetic variation and low environmental variability. The highest value of genetic improvement was given to the number of seeds disk with a value of 249.15. The new combinations can be used in the production of individual hybrids with high specific combining ability to produce high yields because most of their traits were controlled by the dominance gene.

TL;DR: In this article, the effects of alcoholic and aqueous extracts of caper (Capparis spinosa) and acetic acid on serum lipid profile and proteins levels in mice were determined.
Abstract: This study aimed to determine the effects of alcoholic and aqueous extracts of caper (Capparis Spinosa) and acetic acid on serum lipid profile and proteins levels in mice. Sixty adult mice with an average weight of 24±4 g grams were divided into four groups (15 mice for each). The first group (G1) was administrated daily with an oral dose of caper alcoholic extract (200 mg/kg) for 28 days. The second group (G2) was administrated daily with an oral dose of caper aqueous extract (200 mg/kg) for 28 days. The third group (G3) was administrated with a daily dose of 10 % acetic acid (2 ml/kg) for 28 days. The fourth Group (G4) was administrated daily with distilled water for 28 days, as a control group. The levels of lipid profile parameters, blood urea, total protein, albumin, and globulin were determined. The results showed a significant reduction (P≤0.05) in cholesterol and triglyceride levels in mice that were treated with alcohol or aqueous extracts of caper compared with acetic acid-treated and control groups. On the other hands, the results showed a significant reduction (P≤0.05) of blood urea levels in mice that were treated with alcohol or aqueous extracts of caper compared with acetic acid-treated and control groups. While the results recorded non-significant differences in the levels of total protein, albumin, and globulin in the serum of mice of different treatment groups. From the results, it can be concluded that caper has protective effects via acting to improve the lipid profile and urea level in the blood of mice.
