TL;DR: In this article, two extensions of Korpelevich's extragradient method for solving the variational inequality problem (VIP) in Euclidean space are presented, and the convergence of the method is preserved.
Abstract: We present two extensions of Korpelevich's extragradient method for solving the variational inequality problem (VIP) in Euclidean space. In the first extension, we replace the second orthogonal projection onto the feasible set of the VIP in Korpelevich's extragradient method with a specific subgradient projection. The second extension allows projections onto the members of an infinite sequence of subsets which epi-converges to the feasible set of the VIP. We show that in both extensions the convergence of the method is preserved and present directions for further research.

TL;DR: A systematic review on traditional Arab medicine including historical background, medical innovations introduced by Arab physicians in the field of safety and efficacy of herbal medicine and a state-of-the-art description of traditional Arab herbal medicine in the Mediterranean region are presented.
Abstract: Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM), including herbal medicine, are popular in the general population worldwide. Parallel to the increasing interest in ‘modern’ CAM therapies and the historical importance of Arab medicine, there is also a similar trend in research activities dealing with the efficacy and safety of medicinal plants in our region. Historical and current studies and surveys indicate that the Eastern region of the Mediterranean has been distinguished throughout the generations with a rich inventory of natural medicinal herbs. It is well documented that indigenous Arab medicine has contributed greatly to the development of modern medicine in Europe and remains one of the closest forms of original European medicine. The rapid increase in consumption of herbal remedies worldwide has been stimulated by several factors, including the notion that all herbal products are safe and effective. This article presents a systematic review on traditional Arab medicine including historical background, medical innovations introduced by Arab physicians in the field of safety and efficacy of herbal medicine and a state-of-the-art description of traditional Arab herbal medicine in the Mediterranean region.

TL;DR: In this article, the available information on sexual harassment in cyberspace, equates this phenomenon with what has been learned about sexual harassment offline, points to specific characteristics of online culture and technology that reinforce the behavior, and proposes ways of promoting prevention.
Abstract: Sexual harassment offline is a well-known, highly prevalent, extensively investigated, and intensively treated social problem. An accepted model classifies sexual harassment behaviors into the categories of gender harassment, unwanted sexual attention, and sexual coercion. Theory and research show that sexual harassment behavior occurs as a product of person × situation characteristics and has substantial personal and organizational costs. This article reviews the available information on sexual harassment in cyberspace, equates this phenomenon with what has been learned about sexual harassment offline, points to specific characteristics of online culture and technology that reinforce the behavior, and proposes ways of promoting prevention.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors show how to construct these bulk observables by requiring that the bulk operators commute at spacelike separation, which is related to bulk Feynman diagrams.
Abstract: Local operators in the bulk of anti-de Sitter can be represented as smeared operators in the dual conformal field theory. We show how to construct these bulk observables by requiring that the bulk operators commute at spacelike separation. This extends our previous work by taking interactions into account. Large-N factorization plays a key role in the construction. We show diagrammatically how this procedure is related to bulk Feynman diagrams.
