TL;DR: An HS-NSAID spares the gastric mucosa of injury despite markedly suppressing prostaglandin synthesis, and may be related to hydrogen sulfide-mediated inhibition of tumor necrosis factor-alpha expression and of the leukocyte adherence to vascular endothelium normally induced by cyclooxygenase inhibitors.

TL;DR: In this article, a systematic review of the literature on the design of business models in the context of circular economy is presented, aiming to offer an overview of the state of research and outline a promising research agenda.
Abstract: The concept of circular economy is increasingly receiving attention in different domains, including strategic management, operations management, and technology management. It requires companies to design their business model (i.e., the value network, the relationships with the supply chain partners, and the value propositions towards customers) around a new concept of sustainable development that reduces consumption of natural resources and preserves the environment. However, extant research falls short in terms of explaining how companies design their business model according to the circular economy principles. Starting from this premise, the present paper provides a systematic review of the literature on the design of business models in the context of circular economy, aiming to offer an overview of the state of research and outline a promising research agenda.

TL;DR: Tumor necrosis factor-related apoptosis-inducing ligand (TRAIL) preferentially triggers apoptosis in tumor cells versus normal cells, thus providing a therapeutic potential and may be exploitable for glioma and possibly for other cancer therapies.
Abstract: Tumor necrosis factor-related apoptosis-inducing ligand (TRAIL) preferentially triggers apoptosis in tumor cells versus normal cells, thus providing a therapeutic potential. In this study, we examined a large panel of human malignant glioma cell lines and primary cultures of normal human astrocytes for their sensitivity to TRAIL. Of 13 glioma cell lines, 3 were sensitive (80-100% death), 4 were partially resistant (30-79% death), and 6 were resistant ( 50% of glioma cell lines, and this killing occurs through activation of the DR pathway. This caspase-8-induced apoptotic cascade is regulated by intracellular PED/PEA-15, but not by cFLIP or decoy receptors. This pathway may be exploitable for glioma and possibly for other cancer therapies.

TL;DR: The Belle II detector as mentioned in this paper is a state-of-the-art detector for heavy flavor physics, quarkonium and exotic states, searches for dark sectors, and many other areas.
Abstract: The Belle II detector will provide a major step forward in precision heavy flavor physics, quarkonium and exotic states, searches for dark sectors, and many other areas. The sensitivity to a large number of key observables can be improved by about an order of magnitude compared to the current measurements, and up to two orders in very clean search measurements. This increase in statistical precision arises not only due to the increased luminosity, but also from improved detector efficiency and precision for many channels. Many of the most interesting observables tend to have very small theoretical uncertainties that will therefore not limit the physics reach. This book has presented many new ideas for measurements, both to elucidate the nature of current anomalies seen in flavor, and to search for new phenomena in a plethora of observables that will become accessible with the Belle II dataset. The simulation used for the studiesinthis book was state ofthe artat the time, though weare learning a lot more about the experiment during the commissioning period. The detector is in operation, and working spectacularly well.
