TL;DR: The clinical characteristics of patients who recently received a diagnosis of the ChurgStrauss syndrome and who were included in prospective therapeutic trials organized by the French Vasculitis Study Group (FVSG) and the EUVAS were described to compare the characteristics of Patients with and without ANCA.
Abstract: Of 112 patients with a new diagnosis of the Churg–Strauss syndrome, 43 (38%) were positive for antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody (ANCA). Positive ANCA status was associated with renal involvement...

TL;DR: The risk of TB is higher for patients receiving anti-TNF mAb therapy than for those receiving soluble TNF receptor therapy, and the increased risk with early anti-tumor necrosis factor treatment and the absence of correct chemoprophylactic treatment favor the reactivation of latent TB.
Abstract: Background
Tuberculosis (TB) is associated with anti-tumour necrosis factor (TNF) therapy but whether it is drug-specific remains a concern. Our objective was to describe cases of tuberculosis associated with anti-TNF therapy, identify risk factors and estimate the incidence.

TL;DR: A new variation of PSO model is proposed where a new method of introducing nonlinear variation of inertia weight along with a particle's old velocity is proposed to improve the speed of convergence as well as fine tune the search in the multidimensional space.

TL;DR: The respiratory burst oxidase catalyzes the production of O2− by activated phagocytes and B lymphocytes, and involves protein kinase C, MAP kinase, or both, and perhaps lipid‐mediated pathways.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors studied a class of Banach space operators patterned after the weighted backward shifts on Hilbert space, and showed that any non-scalar operator in the commutant of one of these generalized backward shifts has a dense, invariant linear manifold whose non-zero members are cyclic vectors.
