TL;DR: Based on Lyapunov stability theory, it is proved that the designed controllers can guarantee the outputs of all agents eventually converge to agreement and all the signals in the systems are bounded in probability.
Abstract: This paper investigates the leaderless and leader-following problems for the nonlinear multiagent systems based on event-triggered communication scheduling. It should be pointed out that the input coefficient of every actuator is a stochastic function related to Markovian variables. A more general event-triggered mechanism is designed to decrease communication burden from the controller to the actuator. Furthermore, Barrier Lyapunov function is used to restrict the bound of tracking error in advance. To reduce the amount of calculations, a second-order tracking differentiator is introduced to avoid repeated derivative. Based on Lyapunov stability theory, it is proved that the designed controllers can guarantee the outputs of all agents eventually converge to agreement and all the signals in the systems are bounded in probability. Finally, the numerical simulation results are presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the approach proposed.

TL;DR: The proposed predictor iPGK-PseAAC will become a very useful bioinformatics tool for medicinal chemistry and remarkably outperformed its existing counterparts.
Abstract: Background: Occurring at Lys residues, the PGK (lysine phosphoglycerylation) is a special kind of post-translational modification (PTM). It may invert the charge potential of the modified residue and change the protein structures and functions, causing various diseases in liver, brain, and kidney. Objective: From the angles of both basic research and drug development, we are facing a critical challenging problem: for an uncharacterized protein sequence containing many Lys residues, which ones can be of phosphoglycerylation, and which ones cannot? Method: To address this problem, we have developed a predictor called iPGK-PseAAC by incorporating into the general PseAAC (pseudo amino acid composition) with four different tiers of amino acid pairwise coupling information, where tiers 1, 2, 3, and 4 refer to the amino acid pairwise couplings between all the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th most contiguous residues along a protein segment, respectively. Results: Rigorous cross-validations indicated that the proposed predictor remarkably outperformed its existing counterparts. Conclusion: The proposed predictor iPGK-PseAAC will become a very useful bioinformatics tool for medicinal chemistry. For the convenience of most experimental scientists, a user-friendly web-server for iGPK-PseAAC has been established at http://app.aporc.org/iPGK-PseAAC/, by which users can easily obtain their desired results without the need to go through the complicated mathematical equations involved.

TL;DR: This paper focuses on geometrical information, effect of system bandwidth and signal to noise ratio and detailed analysis on the effect of human body on TOA ranging and separates the rangingerror caused by multi path phenomenon and ranging error caused by blockage ofhuman body by partitioning the measurement scenario into line-of-sight (LOS) and NLOS scenario.
Abstract: In TOA based indoor human tracking system, target sensors are often mounted to the surface of human body which may raise non-line-of-sight (NLOS) issues and give raise to significant ranging error. However, analysis on the influence of human body on TOA ranging result has never been seen from previous researches. In this paper, we focus on geometrical information, effect of system bandwidth and signal to noise ratio and provide a detailed analysis on the effect of human body on TOA ranging. Perspective of creeping wave around the surface of human body has been taken into consideration and a statistical TOA ranging error model has been built based on measurements in office environment. The wrist model in this paper separates the ranging error caused by multi path phenomenon and ranging error caused by blockage of human body by partitioning the measurement scenario into line-of-sight (LOS) and NLOS scenario. Comparison has been made between wrist model and chest model in our previous work and the performance of this wrist model has been validated.
