TL;DR: In this article, Bore well and open well water were selected for analysis in the present study located in and around salt pans of Oollapalam and Ooguru of Prakasam (Dt.) in A.P.
Abstract: One of the greatest challenges of the 21st Century is to provide an adequate supply of safe drinking water for house hold consumption to everyone. But today water pollution is the biggest problem for Human beings which deteriorates the water quality. Bore well and open well water were selected for analysis in the present study located in and around salt pans of Oollapalam and Ooguru of Prakasam (Dt.)in A.P. The potability, salinity and Water Quality Index of available water sources in that area were estimated in the present study. The analysed Physico-chemical Parameters in collected water were, pH,conductivity(mmhos),turbidity, total solids, total dissolved and suspended solids, total hardness,Ca & Mg hardness, chlorides, alkalinity, nitrates, sulphates, phosphates,DO,BOD & COD,Bo,Na,K etc. All these were analysed in mg/l and at last Sodium Absorption Ratio (mmol/l) was also calculated. All these were calculated by below mentioned formulas. The findings clearly indicated that saline effluent has polluted water and the results obtained indicate us that the detrimental impact of saline effluent on water quality rendering it unsuitable for the propagation of life and is unfit for agricultural purposes.

TL;DR: In this paper, the effect of the composition and pH of solutions on the transport of organic acids species in the anion exchange membrane (AEM) and adjacent diffusion layers has been investigated using voltamperomertry and chronopotentiometry.
Abstract: The effect of the composition and pH of solutions on the transport of organic acids species in the anion exchange membrane (AEM) and adjacent diffusion layers has been investigated using voltamperomertry and chronopotentiometry. Carboxylic acids of varying number of carboxylic groups (acetic, malic and citric acid) were selected and their individual concentration in the mixture was varied to understand the influence of one molecule on the transport of other molecule in their mixture. Shape of the I-V and chronopotentiometric curves was influenced by pH and concentration. Detection of two limiting current densities (LCD) in I-V curves and inflection points in chronopotentiometric curves are due to change in species that are being transported in boundary layers and membrane. Results showed that LCD, resistance to ionic transport and concentration polarization were related to molar concentration and anionic equivalent charge calculated from Hydra-Medusa. Smaller size, higher mobility and charge density delayed the formation of concentration polarization. Electrolytes having ionic species with more anionic equivalent charge and larger Stokes radii were responsible for an early activation of overlimiting mechanisms and shorter plateau in I-V curve.

TL;DR: A high speed MAC unit based on Vedic multiplier(VM) technique is presented for Arithmetic Applications and it is observed from the synthesis results that proposed MAC unit is operating nearly five times quicker than MAC unit constructed using regular Brent Kung adder.
Abstract: Digital signal processors (DSP) the endless requirement is the development of ability in processors to hold the difficulties resulted in the assimilation of CPU cores in a particular IC. Certain functions like convolution, transform, correlation and filtering are performed using digital signal processor. All these functions requires multiplication and repetitive addition. So multiply and accumulate unit (MAC) has significance in digital signal processor. High performance processes are of high importance in the MAC unit. Finally DSP algorithms depend considerably on speed performance of MAC. In this paper, a high speed MAC unit based on Vedic multiplier(VM) technique is presented for Arithmetic Applications. The VM and the adder blocks in the MAC unit are designed using a high-speed Pipelined Brent Kung (BK) Adder architecture. The proposed design is compared with 32 bit MAC unit constructed using regular Brent Kung adder. It is observed from the synthesis results that proposed MAC unit is operating nearly five times quicker than MAC unit constructed using regular Brent Kung adder. All the designs were implemented on Xilinx Virtex 7 using Verilog HDL.

TL;DR: An optimal set of Phasor Measurement Units along with optimal locations Dual Use Line Relays are achieved for complete economic analysis of a power network using both complete and incomplete observability analysis.
Abstract: For power system operation and control State estimation has become essential in recent days. To evaluate this State estimation, to reach out and recorder system status Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition and Energy Management System are intended due to which are operated at specified time. Phasor Measurement Unit is one of the crucial techniques for auditing a system. To make system performance is honest, keeping Phasor Measurement Units in a system is very much helpful, and that will be intended to help operating time reduced by very much. Due to this another problem may arise, that is substation updating cost may increase due to these Phasor Measurement Units. In this paper an optimal set of Phasor Measurement Units along with optimal locations Dual Use Line Relays are achieved for complete economic analysis of a power network using both complete and incomplete observability analysis. No of Phasor Measurement Units required to attain the complete perceptibility of a network are considerably diminished using incomplete observability analysis. To test IEEE 14, 24, 30, 57 and both SR and sub systems 1, 2 with a size of 270 and 444 buses, the recommended complete and incomplete observability analysis are used to place Phasor Measurement Units. Similarly IEEE 14, 30 and 57 bus systems are considered for both Phasor Measurement Units and Dual Use Line Relays placement. Also single Phasor Measurement Unit loss condition is considered by using complete observability analysis.
