TL;DR: In this paper, a series of 1,2,3-triazolylthiazolidinedione analogs have been synthesized by condensation of the corresponding 1-aryl-1H-1, 2, 3 -triazole-4-carbaldehydes with thiazolidine-2,4-dione in the presence of KOH.
Abstract: A novel series of 1,2,3-triazolylthiazolidinedione analogs have been synthesized by the condensation of the corresponding 1-aryl-1H-1,2,3-triazole-4-carbaldehydes with thiazolidine-2,4-dione in the presence of KOH The title compounds were evaluated for their in vitro anticancer activity using MTT assay against four cancer cell lines: A549 (lung), HT-29 (colon), MCF-7 (breast), and A375 (melanoma) Most compounds displayed good anticancer activity, but hydroxy- and nitro-substituted derivatives showed higher activity than the others

TL;DR: In this article, a high frequency sinusoidal oscillator using positive second generation current controlled conveyor (CCCII+) with minimum passive components is presented, which is suitable for monolithic IC fabrication.
Abstract: The immense work presented in this paper is a high frequency sinusoidal oscillator using positive second generation current controlled conveyor (CCCII+) with minimum passive components. CCCII is implemented using single Current Feedback Operational Amplifier (CFOA) and single Operational Trans-conductance Amplifier (OTA). The frequency (time period) of CCCII is tuned to a maximum of 4 MHz using external bias current. The performance of the proposed circuit is practically verified using ICs AD844 (CFOA) and LM 13700 (OTA) and its results are included. The topology is suitable for monolithic IC fabrication.

TL;DR: This paper comparatively analyses about the three eminent maximum power point algorithms-Perturbation and observation (P&O), incremental conductance (In.C), and Fractional voltage at Open Circuit (Fvoc).
Abstract: The PV systems associated with the grid will be a very significant renewable energy source. Numerous researches believe that in approaching years greater than 40% of the energy on the planet will bring about by Photo-Voltaic Grid Tied (PVGT) systems. For this reason, it is crucial to enhance the performance of PVGT systems and diminish the system costs. In order to headway the performance, we should note that PV system characteristics at the output is nonlinear and depends on solar irradiance and temperatures. Beholding to this aspect, a Maximum Power Point Tracking-Technique (MPPTT) is engaged to improve the energy yields to a greater extent from the PVGT system. This paper comparatively analyses about the three eminent maximum power point algorithms-Perturbation and observation (P&O), incremental conductance (In.C), and Fractional voltage at Open Circuit (Fvoc). Simulation verification with P&O and In.C algorithms is done to find a suitable algorithm for the specific PVGT systems.

Abstract: In this work, accurate 3D finite element models were developed to study and predict machining characteristics like tool vibration, tool wear, surface roughness, cutting force and thrust forces in the boring of Ti-6Al-4V alloy. Experiments were conducted on the proposed metal using carbide inserts at three levels of spindle speeds, depth of cuts and feed rates and experimental results were collected. Numerical simulation was carried out using Deform 3D software. Johnson-cook material model was also used in simulation to predict the machining characteristics. A Usui’s wear model was taken in simulation to calculate tool wear at different working conditions. Experimental data of the five machining characteristics were analysed using analysis of variance to identify the most significant parameters. Cutting speed, depth of cut and feed rate were found to be the most significant parameters. Simulated results of the machining characteristics were compared with the experimental data and found in a good agreement between them. An Artificial neural network (ANN) model was also developed and trained with the experimental data to validate the results. FEM simulation models provide relevant machining information without conducting experimentation for any metal.
