TL;DR: A new hybrid approach which combined the recurrent fuzzy neural network (RFNN) with particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm to simulate the flyrock distance induced by mine blasting, abbreviated using RFNN–PSO is proposed.
Abstract: This research focuses to propose a new hybrid approach which combined the recurrent fuzzy neural network (RFNN) with particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm to simulate the flyrock distance induced by mine blasting. Here, this combination is abbreviated using RFNN–PSO. To evaluate the acceptability of RFNN–PSO model, adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) and non-linear regression models were also used. To achieve the objective of this research, 72 sets of data were collected from Shur river dam region, in Iran. Maximum charge per delay, stemming, burden, and spacing were considered as input parameters in the models. Then, the performance of the RFNN–PSO model was evaluated against ANFIS and non-linear regression models. Correlation coefficient (R2), Nash and Sutcliffe (NS), mean absolute bias error (MABE), and root-mean-squared error (RMSE) were used as comparing statistical indicators for the assessment of the developed approach’s performance. Results show a satisfactory achievement between the actual and predicted flyrcok values by RFNN–PSO with R2, NS, MABE, and RMSE being 0.933, 0.921, 13.86, and 15.79, respectively.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors presented a new MPPT controller with variable irradiance and variable temperature unlike the existing MPPT controllers where either constant irradiance or constant temperature are considered as parameters.
Abstract: Solar energy is an important alternative out of the various renewable energy sources This paper presents a new modeling of Maximum power point tracking controller with variable irradiance and variable temperature unlike the existed MPPT controller methods where either constant irradiance or constant temperature are considered as parameters Using this proposed MPPT controller the parameters such as Power, voltage and current are analyzed using simulation model and experimental validation This output obtained from the MPPT controller is given to DC-DC boost converter and inverter in order to enhance the output power obtained from the PV array system The results obtained using the proposed controller is compared with the existed perturb and observe methods

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors discuss the potential of blockchain technology to extremely affect a wide assortment of enterprises, extending from capital markets to the music business, and how to get the ball rolling and effectively expect to execute blockchain innovation.
Abstract: Blockchain technology is set to extremely affect a wide assortment of enterprises, extending from capital markets to the music business. While some utilization cases may appear glaringly evident, the innovation is as yet encircled by a lot of promotion and vulnerability. As a chief, in what manner would it be a good idea for you to move toward the subject, and when would it be a good idea for you to get the ball rolling and effectively expect to execute blockchain innovation?

TL;DR: The study explored different tools available for genome editing to create gene knockouts, selecting the A. baumannii AbaI gene as a target, responsible for biofilm formation, to exploit in silico.
Abstract: CRISPR genome editing utilizes Cas9 nuclease and single guide RNA (sgRNA), which directs the nuclease to a specific site in the genome and makes a double-stranded break (DSB). Design of sgRNA for CRISPR-Cas targeting, and to promote CRISPR adaptation, uses a regulatory mechanism that ensures maximum CRISPR-Cas9 system functions when a bacterial population is at highest risk of phage infection. Acinetobacter baumannii is the most regularly identified gram-negative bacterium infecting patients. Recent reports have demonstrated that the extent of diseases caused by A. baumannii is expanding and, in a few cases, now surpasses the quantity of infections caused by P. aeruginosa. Most Acinetobacter strains possess biofilm-forming ability, which plays a major role in virulence and drug resistance. Biofilm bacteria use quorum sensing, a cell-to-cell communication process, to activate gene expression. Many genes are involved in biofilm formation and the mechanism to disrupt the biofilm network is still not clearly understood. In this study, we performed in silico gene editing to exploit the AbaI gene, responsible for biofilm formation. The study explored different tools available for genome editing to create gene knockouts, selecting the A. baumannii AbaI gene as a target.

TL;DR: A potential bacteriocin-producing bacterium was isolated, screened and confirmed as Enterococcus casseliflavus MI001 by 16s rDNA sequencing and showed antagonistic activity against Pseudomonas aeruginosa and has potential as an antioxidant.
Abstract: The discovery of antimicrobial bacteriocin molecules with broad-spectrum activity against bacterial infections caused by spoilage microorganisms is vital for food safety. In this study, a potential bacteriocin-producing bacterium was isolated, screened and confirmed as Enterococcus casseliflavus MI001 by 16s rDNA sequencing. The bacteriocin peptide was purified and analysed by MALDI-TOF, which revealed the presence of a bacteriocin ABC transporter protein with a molecular mass of 22.53 kDa. The purified bacteriocin gave a final yield of 2.0%, with a specific activity of 15,000 AU/mg. The bacteriocin showed antagonistic activity against Pseudomonas aeruginosa and has potential as an antioxidant.
