Abstract: A simple differential method is proposed of the analysis of space-charge-limited current-voltage characteristics. The method allows to estimate both depths and densities of traps from a single SCL current-voltage characteristic measured at a constant temperature.
Eine einfache differentielle Methode zur Analyse der raumladungsbegrenzten Strom-Spannungs-Kennlinien wird vorgeschlagen. Die Methode ermoglicht die Bestimmung der Tiefe und der Konzentraction der Haftstellen mit Hilfe nur einer raumladungsbegrenzten Strom-Spannungs-charakteristik, die bei konstanter Temperatur aufgenommen wird.

Abstract: Search patterns of documents and information requests are their better or worse representatives only, so it is important to carry on examinations on possibilities of designing self-learning information retrieval systems. Another important question is to elaborate such an organization of document search pattern set as to obtain an acceptable response time of the information system to a given information request. A self-learning process of the proposed information system consists in the determination—on a set of document and information request search patterns—of the similarity relation according to L. A. Zadeh. The organization of a set of document search patterns proposed in the paper ensures the limitation of document search pattern set searching process—when retrieving a response to a given information request—to one (or several) subset from previously determined subsets. This makes the information system response time acceptable. The proposed information retrieval strategy is discussed in terms of fuzzy sets.

Abstract: A universal method, being a solution of the problem formulated independently by NÝVLT and GARSIDE in 1971 is proposed. The method makes it possible — having at one's disposal the experimental growth rate constant — to determine individual rate constants of the main steps of the process of crystal growth i.e., the diffusion step and the surface integration step and thus indicate the step controlling the whole process of crystal growth. Experimental data on crystal growth of MgSO4 and ZnSO4 were evaluated.
Es wird eine universelle Methode zur Losung des Problems vorgeschlagen, das 1971 NÝVLT und GARSIDE unabhangig voneinander formulierten. Sie ermoglicht es bei Vorliegen der experimentell ermittelten Geschwindigkeitskonstanten des Wachstums, die jeweilige Geschwindigkeitskonstante der Hauptschritte des Wachstumsprozesses zu bestimmen, d. h. den Diffusions- und den Oberflacheneinbauschritt, und damit den gesamten, den Kristallwachstumsprozes kontrollierenden Schritt anzugeben. — Experimentelle Daten des Wachstums von MgSO4 und ZnSO4 wurden ausgewertet.

Abstract: The solid solutions of UAsxSe1−x for x = 0.10−0.40 were studied by X-ray diffraction at the temperature region 130–200 K. A rhomboedrical distortion of the crystal structure below Tc was observed. A dependence of an intersitial angle and coefficient of spontaneous magnetostriction on the temperature or the composition of samples was determined.

Abstract: The theory of the irreducible many-point Green's functions, describing spin and pseudospin lattice systems, is formulated with the help of the generating functional approach. The diagrammatic technique for the generating functional is also developed. Special attention is paid to the construction and summation of the diagrammatic series for the one- and two-point Green's functions. Closed formulae for the one-point Green's function and the generalized Vaks-Larkin- Pikin equation are obtained. The 1 z expansion scheme near the critical temperature of the order-disorder phase transition, is discussed, where z denotes the effective number of nearest- neighbours for a given site in a crystal lattice.

Abstract: The dynamics of polarons with interaction quadratic in the phonon coordinates is studied. An expression for the charge carrier mobility using the many-body theory is derived. The temperature dependence of the charge carrier mobility exhibits similar behaviour to that for one-phonon processes, i.e. the mobility decreases with the temperature. It is found that the higher-order processes only decrease the value of the mobility but do not change the character of its temperature dependence.
Es wird die Polaronendynamik mit einer Wechselwirkung, die quadratisch in den Phononen-koordinaten ist, untersucht. Ein Ausdruck fur die Beweglichkeit der Ladungstrager wird mit Hilfe der Vielkorpertheorie abgeleitet. Die Temperaturabhangigkeit der Ladungstragerbeweglichkeit zeigt die gleichen Eigenschaften wie bei Ein-Phononen-Prozessen, d. h. die Beweglichkeit nimmt mit fallender Temperatur ab. Es wird festgestellt, das die Prozesse hoherer Ordnung nur die Beweglichkeit verringern, aber den Charakter ihrer Temperaturabhangigkeit nieht verandern.

Abstract: 2014 Transition probabilities for the lines of the 3s-4p transition array of NeI were measured in a wall-stabilized arc. The arc operated in neon ( 5 % H2) at one atmosphere pressure and the relative transition probabilities of 27 lines emitted from this arc plasma were placed on an absolute scale using lifetimes of two different upper levels. The results are compared to other theoretical results and were checked with the J-file sum rule. The results presented here are inconsistent with the J-file sum rule. Abstract: A diagrammatic technique for spin and pseudospin lattice systems with complicated single- body levels is developed using the generalized Pauli operators. Rules for the construction and evaluation of the diagrams, representing the zeroth-order many-point irreducible Green's functions are given. The diagrams are constructed with only seven types of vertices and they are considerably simpler than those used up to now. The method formulated in this paper is a continuation of the approach to the spin and pseudospin lattice systems, developed in a previous paper.
