Abstract: A Mechanical model of impact and contact between the ball and re-circulating mechanism in ball screw was brought forward according to the Hertz contact model and classical impact theory, along with the joint relationship of re-circulating mechanism and nut taken into account. Then the formula of the impact force and contact time was induced, which the elastic coefficient of restitution was considering in contact time calculation. Moreover, a special test unit was designed for contact time measurement and the contact time was measured. The result indicates that the new model proposed in this paper is closer to the practical situation than the old model proposed in literature. Based on works mentioned above, the influence of impact angle, parameters of structure and material on impact force was analyzed by numerical simulation.

Abstract: Different types of sulfur compounds, namely S-allyl-L-cysteine (SAC), S-allyl-L-cysteine sulfoxide (ACSO) and a synthetic γ-L-glutamyl-S-allyl-L-cysteine (GSAC) were extracted from black garlic and their inhibition to the advanced glycation end-products (AGEs) were investigated. Upon addition of inhibitor, the amount of produced fructosamine was determined by UV visible spectroscopy. The change of pentosidine and fluorescent AGEs during reaction was detected by fluorescence method and the change of carboxymethyl lysine (CML) was detected by high performance liquid chromatography. It was found that the inhibitory effects of SAC and ACSO are stronger to the early and mid non-fluorescent products in glycosylation reaction, and GSAC has an obvious inhibitory effect on the later reaction products. All these three inhibitors can effectively inhibit advanced glycation reaction. Although their effects on glycation products are different due to different chemical structures, they have similar inhibitory effects on fluorescent products.

Abstract: A highly efficient method for the synthesis of spiropyrazolone derivatives with structural diversity has been established via a facile three-component 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of aldehydes, amino ester, and unsaturated pyrazolones. This protocol is applicable to a variety of unsaturated pyrazolones and aldehyde-derived azomethine ylides, providing an easy access to spiropyrazolone-based tetrahydro­pyrroles with structural diversity in high yields (up to 97%).

Abstract: By investigating the status quo of the swimming training market in a certain area, we can obtain information on the current development of the swimming training market in a certain area and study the laws of the development of the market so as to provide a theoretical basis for the development of the market. This paper designs an evaluation algorithm suitable for swimming training based on the improved AlexNet network. The algorithm model uses a 3 × 3 size convolution kernel to extract features, and the pooling layer uses a nonoverlapping pooling strategy. In order to accelerate the network convergence, the model introduces batch normalization technology. The algorithm uses data augmentation technology to expand the data set, including rotation and random erasure, to a certain extent alleviating the problem of overfitting. The results of the study showed that there were no significant differences in fat, minerals, protein, body mass index, basal metabolic rate, and total energy expenditure in the body composition ratios of children in the convolutional neural network assessment group and the control group, while muscle and total body water were not significantly different. However, there are significant differences in fat-free body weight and muscle strength of various segments of the body, among which there are very significant differences in muscle strength of lower limbs in each segment of the body. There were no significant differences in minerals, body mass index, basal metabolic rate, total energy expenditure, and lower limb muscle strength in the body composition ratios of men and women in the convolutional neural network assessment group. There are significant differences in body weight, upper limb muscle strength, and trunk muscle strength. There were no significant differences in the proportions of body composition between men and women in the control group, except for fat and protein.

Abstract: The pantograph contact strip is a sliding current collecting component used in electric locomotive. Its performance is an important factor restricting the development of electrified railways toward high speed. This paper makes an introduction of the new developing composite material strips, points out the advantages and disadvantages of various materials, their limiting factors during using or bottlenecks in R&D and production, and gives prospect to the future development of pantograph contact strip materials in the end.
