TL;DR: This protocol not only provides ready access to functionalized 2-oxoindole derivatives in high yields and excellent Z/E-selectivities, but also serves as a good example of catalytic benzylic functionalization of (o-aminobenzyl)indoles.
Abstract: An efficient method has been established for the synthesis of functionalized 2-oxoindole derivatives through chemospecific benzylic functionalization of (o-aminobenzyl)indoles with isatins. This protocol not only provides ready access to functionalized 2-oxoindole derivatives in high yields (≤97%) and excellent Z/E-selectivities (Z/E > 95:5), but also serves as a good example of catalytic benzylic functionalization of (o-aminobenzyl)indoles.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors pointed out that energy conservation brings new developmental opportunities to the field of construction, and that conservation of energy in the construction field can be the most efficient and economical part in energy saving.
Abstract: Energy problem concerns the very existence of human beings, while conservation of energy in the construction field can be the most efficient and economical part in energy saving. Presently, the energy consumption in the field of construction constitutes 30-50% of the total social consumption in developed countries. And in China the construction field occupies 30% of the total social energy consumption. Hence, energy conservation in the construction field is of great importance in the development of energy. This paper also points out that energy conservation brings new developmental opportunities to the field of construction.

TL;DR: In this article, the explicit expression for the Moore-Penrose inverse of $A-X,Y$ was given, and the upper bound was obtained for both the Moore and Penrose inverse.
Abstract: Let $A,X,Y$ be bounded linear operators. In this paper, we present the explicit expression for the Moore--Penrose inverse of $A-XY$. In virtue of the expression of $(A+X)^\dag$, we get the upper bounds of $\|(A+X)^\dag\|$ and $\|(A+X)^\dag-A^\dag\|$.
