TL;DR: This work proposes a novel focusing single-order diffraction transmission grating (FSDTG), which has a focusing plane perpendicular to the grating surface and finds that the focal depth and resolving power are only determined by the structure parameters of the FSDTG by theoretical estimations.
Abstract: By combining the single-order dispersion properties of quasi-sinusoidal single-order diffraction transmission gratings (QSTG) and the single-foci focusing properties of annulus-sector-shaped-element binary Gabor zone plate (ASZP), we propose a novel focusing single-order diffraction transmission grating (FSDTG). Different from the diffraction patterns of a normal transmission grating (TG), it has a focusing plane perpendicular to the grating surface. Numerical simulations are carried out to verify its diffraction patterns in the framework of Fresnel-Kirchhoff diffraction. Higher-order diffraction components of higher harmonics can be effectively suppressed by the FSDTG we designed. And we find that the focal depth and resolving power are only determined by the structure parameters of our FSDTG by theoretical estimations.

Abstract: Through the analysis of the motion mode of the two-wheel self-balance vehicle, a system of a two-wheel self-balance vehicle is presented in this paper. This system takes the chip STM32 as the controller, and it uses the MPU-6050 to collect the acceleration and angular velocity date of the vehicle. Then using the software filtering and quaternion fusion algorithm to know the motion of the vehicle. The MCU handles the data through combining PID algorithm and outputs PWM to L298 to motor two DC motors to control the vehicle’s posture.

Abstract: The main purpose of this thesis is in analyzing and empirically simulating risk minimizing European foreign exchange option pricing and hedging strategy when the spot foreign exchange rate is governed by a Markov-modulated jump-diffusion model. The domestic and foreign money market interest rates, the drift and the volatility of the exchange rate dynamics all depend on a continuous-time hidden Markov chain which can be interpreted as the states of a macro-economy. In this paper, we will provide a practical lognormal diffusion dynamic of the spot foreign exchange rate for market practitioners. We employing the minimal martingale measure to demonstrate a system of coupled partial-differential-integral equations satisfied by the currency option price and attain the corresponding hedging schemes and the residual risk. Numerical simulations of the double exponential jump diffusion regime-switching model are used to illustrate the different effects of the various parameters on currency option prices.
