TL;DR: Based on the molecular topology information and adjacency matrix, the 38 electrical state indices of molecules of inhibitor of thymidylic acid-based syntase as five-membered heterocyclic pyrimidine derivatives were calculated to provide theoretical basis for molecular design of new drugs as discussed by the authors.
Abstract: Based on the molecular topology information and adjacency matrix, the 38 electrical state indices of molecules of inhibitor of thymidylic acid-based synthetase as five-membered heterocyclic pyrimidine derivatives were calculated to provide theoretical basis for molecular design of new drugs. By using variable regression method, the best subset of structural parameters of E1, E2, E7, E16 and E31 were optimized. When the five structural parameters were used as the BP neural network input neurons and the neural network structure of 5:3:1 was used, an ideal prediction model of biological activity was obtained. Its total correlation coefficient r and average relative error were 0.972 and 2.13%, respectively. The result showed that the biological activity and E1, E2, E7, E16 and E31 have a good non-linear relationship with the biological activity, and the results predicted by neural networks was better than that by multiple regression method. The test proved that the model had good robust and predictive capabilities. Our research would provide theoretical guidance for the development of new drugs of inhibitor of thymidylic acid-based synthetase with efficient and low toxicity.

TL;DR: In this paper, the perturbation for the Moore-Penrose inverse of closed operators on Hilbert spaces was investigated and the upper bounds of the upper bound were obtained for a new inner product defined on H. The results obtained in this paper extend and improve many related results in this area.
Abstract: In this paper, we investigate the perturbation for the Moore-Penrose inverse of closed operators on Hilbert spaces. By virtue of a new inner product defined on H, we give the expression of the Moore-Penrose inverse \(\bar{T}^{\dag}\) and the upper bounds of \(\|\bar{T}^{\dag}\|\) and \(\|\bar{T}^{\dag}-T^{\dag}\|\). These results obtained in this paper extend and improve many related results in this area.

Abstract: Internal Circulation (IC) reactor, the third-generation anaerobic technology for high strength industrial wastewater treatment, tending to displace Anaerobic Upflow Sludge Bed (UASB) process and other conventional anaerobic treatment processes, has been widely used in the following industries: breweries, dairies, sugar mills, soft drink plants, pulp and paper industry, distillery and fermentation industry as well as chemical industry. Its structure, principles, granular sludge (GS) characteristics and anaerobic digestion process are presented, and especially biogas production kinetics and its economic value are highlighted. Advantages summarized through projects analysis for the varieties of industrial effluent treatment are stated. Finally its perspectives are outlined.

TL;DR: In this article, the effects of the wheel speeds v and disproportionation time during the SC-HDDR process on the properties of Nd-Fe-B magnetic powders are investigated.
Abstract: Effects of the wheel speeds v and disproportionation time during the SC-HDDR process on the properties of Nd-Fe-B magnetic powders are investigated. It is found that the remanence Br, coercivity Hcj and energy products (BH)max of magnetic powders all first increase to the maximum at v=3 m/s, and then decrease with enhancing v. This is attributed to the fact that the SC alloy flakes prepared by the wheel speed of 3 m/s display the optimized microstructure. This optimized SC alloy flakes without homogenizing treatment which carried out a short duration disproportionation treatment can prepare the evidently anisotropic powders. With prolonging disproportionation time, the alignment degree of anisotropy of magnetic powders gradually decreases. This is due to the fact that a short duration disproportionation reaction is beneficial to the disproportionated microstructure displaying the lamella crystals, and the lamella disproportionated microstructure is helpful to the formation of anisotropy. Our results confirm that the anisotropic HDDR Nd-Fe-B magnetic powders prepared directly from the SC alloy flakes without homogenizing treatment can be obtained.
