TL;DR: In this article, a linear varied-area zone plate was proposed, in which arbitrary long focal depth can be achieved by properly adjusting the corresponding parameters, while the lateral focal spot and side lobes can be kept very small.
Abstract: We report a linear varied-area zone plate, in which arbitrary long focal depth can be achieved by properly adjusting the corresponding parameters. Meanwhile, the lateral focal spot and side lobes can be kept very small. Numeral simulations are carried out to verify the performance of our zone plate through Fresnel–Kirchhoff diffraction theory, and the results are in good accord with the experimental verifications. The influences of our zone plate’s parameters to the intensity distribution in focal region are discussed in detail. Comparisons are made with the behaviour of a linear varied-line-space grating, and we find that the behaviour of our novel zone plate along optical axis is just like a reverse transformation of the focusing behaviour of a linear varied-line-space grating.

TL;DR: An approach is presented to transform the expectation of stochastic integral with respect to Poisson process into the expectations of Lebesgue integral by the martingale theory, and a filter is designed to guarantee that the filtering error system is mean-square asymptotically stable and its L2-L∞ performance satisfies a prescribed level.

TL;DR: In this paper, the branching ratios of the semi-leptonic processes and, and the leptonic process D(0)→e(−)e(+) and D( 0)→ e(−)-μ(+) were calculated in the framework of the U(1)′ model, 2HDM and unparticle model.
Abstract: It is well recognized that looking for new physics at lower energy colliders is a path which is complementary to high energy machines such as the LHC. Using the large volume of data collected by BESIII, we may have a unique opportunity to tackle this. In this paper we calculate the branching ratios of the semi-leptonic processes and , and the leptonic processes D(0)→e(−)e(+) and D(0)→e(−)μ(+), in the frameworks of the U(1)′ model, 2HDM and unparticle model. It is found that both the U(1)′ model and 2HDM may influence the semi-leptonic decay rates, but only the U(1)′ model offers substantial contributions to the pure leptonic decays, and the resultant branching ratio of D(0)→e(−)μ(+) can be as large as 10(−)(7)∼10(−)(8). This might be observed at the future super τ-charm factory.

TL;DR: In this article, the existence criteria for positive solutions of a general multiple-point Dirichlet-Robin BVP in Banach spaces on time scales with singular sign-changing nonlinearities and higher-order derivatives were established.
Abstract: . In this paper, in order to establish the existence criteria for positive solutions of a multiple-point Dirichlet-Robin BVPs in Banach spaces on time scales, first we prove a fixed point theorem on monotone operators and the Ascoli-Arzela’s theorem on time scales. Then using the monotone operator method, we explore the existence criteria of positive solutions for a general multiple-point Dirichlet-Robin BVPs in Banach spaces on time scales with the singular sign-changing nonlinearities and higher-order derivatives. Finally an example is illustrated to indicate the application of our main results, which generalize some well-known results in the literature.
