TL;DR: In this article, the differences of demographic variables on e-service quality and perceived value in private online shopping clubs were investigated, and the hypotheses were developed based on this question and the questionnaire contained three parts as the questions regarding online shopping behavior, demographic questions and the constructs of E-S-QUAL, and perceived values.
Abstract: The objective of this study was to investigate the differences of demographic variables on e-service quality and perceived value in private online shopping clubs. How demographics differ in service quality and perceived value in private online shopping club was the research question, and the hypotheses were developed based on this question. The questionnaire contained three parts as the questions regarding online shopping behavior, demographic questions, and the constructs of E-S-QUAL, and perceived value. The survey was administered to a random sample of 280 college students by the technique of face-to-face survey. Findings showed that there was no significant gender difference on e-service quality and perceived value, however age and the length of private online shopping had significant differences on e-service quality and perceived value. Income level had no significant difference on e-service quality whereas it had a significant difference on perceived value. This study was unique and original...

TL;DR: In this article, the performance of a potato crisp frying system, consisting of three main components, a combustor, a heat exchanger, and a fryer, was evaluated.
Abstract: Frying is a common and popular cooking method, which has been widely used in food manufacturing, though it is a very energy-intensive process. Energy analysis has been commonly used to assess the performance of fryers. In this study, we attempted to exergetically assess the performance of a potato crisp frying system, which consists of three main components, a combustor, a heat exchanger, and a fryer. In the analysis, we utilized the actual operational data obtained from the literature. We determined exergy destruction in each system component and the whole system. We calculated universal and functional exergy efficiency values for the system components and compared them with each other. We also undertook a parametric study to investigate how the overall cycle performance was affected by changing the reference environment temperature and some operating conditions. We illustrated the exergy results through the Grassmann (exergy loss and flow) diagram. We calculated the universal exergetic efficiency values...

TL;DR: Men were better characterized by dark personality traits and were more likely to engage in cyberbullying than women, and there were no sex differences in childhood emotional abuse.
Abstract: Dark personality traits (i.e., Machiavellianism, psychopathy, narcissism, spitefulness, and sadism) are associated with adverse childhood experiences and deviant online behaviors. However, their mediating role between childhood emotional abuse and cyberbullying has never previously been investigated. We examined direct and indirect associations of childhood emotional abuse and cyberbullying via dark personality traits among 772 participants. Men were better characterized by dark personality traits and were more likely to engage in cyberbullying than women, and there were no sex differences in childhood emotional abuse. Collectively, dark traits fully mediated the relationship between childhood emotional abuse and cyberbullying in men, with partial mediation in the total sample and women. More specifically, Machiavellianism and spitefulness were mediators in both samples, sadism was a mediator in men and the total sample, and psychopathy was a mediator in the total sample and women. The dark personality traits can account for the association between childhood emotional abuse and cyberbullying, especially among men.
