TL;DR: In this work, a novel technique for creation of ontology with the help of form pages is proposed and implemented and it is proposed that this process of understanding and filling forms automatically can be easily and efficiently done with a database that stores semantic information about objects.
Abstract: WWW consists of thousands of web pages which are hidden behind search interfaces. To retrieve those hidden web pages user fills in the details manually in various fields of form pages. To automatically extract all this hidden information the crawler (hidden web crawler) must be so intelligent that it understands the interface and fill the required information accurately. This process of understanding and filling forms automatically can be easily and efficiently done with the help of ontology. A database that stores semantic information about objects and their relations may solve this purpose. In this work, a novel technique for creation of ontology with the help of form pages is proposed and implemented.

TL;DR: In this paper, a three phase pulse width modulated inverter is used to convert dc to ac and to supply power to ac loads, a synthesized AC output voltage is produced by appropriately controlling the switches using PWM technique using average power control to control active and reactive power fed to the load.
Abstract: Renewable energy sources such as solar and wind are ubiquitous and environmental friendly. The Hybrid PV/Wind power system is the best renewable energy sources due to their complementary nature. This paper proposes effective control of PV/Wind hybrid generation scheme using solar and wind energy for the stand alone applications. The system consists of PV/Wind hybrid system, Cuk Sepic dc-dc converter, a three phase dc to ac converter, controller and ac load. The dc voltage magnitude of the PV array is boosted to a higher value by using Cuk-SEPIC converter before converting ac voltage. This Cuk-SEPIC converter can supply the load depending on the source of power available i.e from wind or PV or both of them. As solar power is intermittent in nature, so tracking the maximum power point (MPP) of a PV array is usually an essential part of a PV system. Specialized control algorithms have been developed called maximum power point tracking (MPPT) to constantly extract the maximum amount of power from the array under varying conditions. In this paper Perturb and Observe (P&O) method is used for maximum power point tracking. A three phase pulse width modulated inverter is used to convert dc to ac and to supply power to ac loads. A synthesized AC output voltage is produced by appropriately controlling the switches using PWM technique using average power control to control active and reactive power fed to the load. The average power control method provides high quality sinusoidal output current and controls the average power flow. The performance of the system is analyzed using MATLAB/SIMULINK.

TL;DR: A new page ranking algorithm is being proposed that combines page similarity, link-structure information with user preference based on Internet domains and implicit user feedback (based on number of clicks and time spent on web page) for page ranking.
Abstract: Page Ranking techniques are employed by search engines to rank the web pages in order of their importance and relevance to user query. Many current approaches to page ranking either focus on link-structure of the Web or similarity of a page with the query to calculate Page Rank values of the pages., These traditional approaches however do not at all consider user preference, feedback and user interest while page ranking. In a typical scenario where users generally do not look at pages which come after first result-page using these factors (user preference, user feedback) along with traditional page ranking factors can significantly improve ordering of results. In this a paper a new page ranking algorithm is being proposed that combines page similarity, link-structure information with user preference based on Internet domains and implicit user feedback (based on number of clicks and time spent on web page) for page ranking. Preliminary small user study results conforms improved quality of the proposed mechanism wherein user gets desired information without going deeper into the search results.

TL;DR: The main aim of this paper is to develop and implement an integrated methodology based on AHP Analytical Hierarchy Process and M-GRA Modified Grey Relational Analysis for the selection of a mobile robot for material handling in FMS environment.
Abstract: Today's highly competitive environment and volatile market conditions at national and international level are forcing the manufacturing concerns and its management to adopt the advance automated material handling equipment like mobile robots in a flexible manufacturing system FMS to meet the customers' demand regarding quality and variety of product at minimal cost. Selection of a robot is one of the most difficult problems in today's manufacturing environment. The problem has become more challenging due to increasing specifications and complexity of the robot. The main aim of this paper is to develop and implement an integrated methodology based on AHP Analytical Hierarchy Process and M-GRA Modified Grey Relational Analysis for the selection of a mobile robot for material handling in FMS environment. In this methodology, AHP technique has been used to assign the relative importance between mobile robot selection attributes and M-GRA technique is applied to determine mobile robot selection utility index. The proposed AHP/M-GRA technique is more suitable for the decision making in the presence of vagueness. The methodology is illustrated by means of an example. The ranking and evaluation of this process will provide a good guidance to the decision maker/user to select the appropriate material handling equipment on the basis of attributes. This is the novel effort in the area of robot selection.
