Journal ArticleDOI
TL;DR: In this paper, a simulation model to predict the dynamic behavior of large aggregates in flows was developed, in which the effective particle surface exposed to the flow was evaluated and the reduction of fluid velocity due to neighboring particles was taken into account.

Journal ArticleDOI
TL;DR: In this article, the porosity variation with the control volume affects the wick debinding process, and the present numerical simulation shows the walking flow edges behave randomly, the contours of the wetting wick are irregular and the total debinding time is linearly dependent on the radius of the compact.
