Journal ArticleDOI
TL;DR: The average relaxation of the (100) terraces of the stepped copper (410) surface has been studied with Ion Scattering Spectroscopy, using 10 keV He, and appears to be very small: < 0.03 A toward, corresponding to less than 1.7% of the interlayer spacing.
