Abstract: Bilingual education in universities and colleges is viewed as an effective and feasible measure to develop talented graduates more competent in the international market.Considering the present situation of bilingual teaching in Modern Control Theory,we pointed out the current problems restricting the teaching method in the four aspects: teaching mode in class,teacher training,teaching materials and English proficiency of students.To improve the efficiency of bilingual teaching in Modern Control Theory,we proposed some constructive and available approaches after we presented and analyzed each of these problems.

Abstract: Combined the microcomputer control technology,the sensor and examination technology with the electrical power carrier wave technology,an intelligent street-light controller based on GPRS is successfully developed in this paper.It applies ATMega1280 and PL3105 as the center processors,connecting to GPRS net through SIM card.Illumination,humidity and electrical power parameters can be gathered in real time,as well as processed,stored,displayed and so on.Modular software runs orderly controled by the time dispatcher.The result of system practical operation proves one month can save energy twenty percent.

Abstract: In order to overcome the disadvantage that it’s difficult to get better parameter value in biochemical mod-eling of least squares support vector machine,a method is put forward to finding the better parameter value by parti-cle swarm optimization which has the better search ability.Each particle indicates a group of LSSVM parameters,and the particles will change unceasingly until satisfy the condition.The proposed method is applied to establish a soft-sensor model for Glutanic acid fermentation process.And carries on the forecast using this model.The simulation re-sult indicated that the method can cause the model to obtain the better forecast effect in the glutanic acid fermenta-tion process.

Abstract: VAV air-condition systems is of the character of nonlinear and dynamic. Nowadays, the neural network which is used the most extensively is static BP neural network. An Elman neural network, which has a special cor-relation layer is appended to hidden layer of Bp network, can map nonlinear and dynamic behaviors. In the training algorithm of the network, a back-propagation algorithm with adaptive learning speed and momentum gradient failing is used, which can obviously prevent the network to trap in local minimum. The model tested by actual data from VAV air-condition system is established by using both BP network and Elman neural network .By analyzing and comparing, the latter features quick convergence speed and high forecasting precision.

Abstract: The navigation and positioning system is the key technology for the inspecting robot in the transformer substation to inspect the equipment.Therefore,the author made up the hardware system,which consists of the fiber optic-gyro(FOG)、milemeter、accelerometer、DGPS receiver and the navigation computer.Also,the software of this integrated navigation and orientation system was designed based on the differential GPS(DGPS) and Dead Reckoning(DR) principle,the system adopts the method of the self-north-seeker and switching-integrated navigation.The method is simple and easily feasible,meanwhile,the system has good practicability.The experiment indicates that this system provides to the robot of inspecting the equipment in the transformer substation with continuous,real-time,high accuracy navigation and positioning.

Abstract: Aiming at the parameters selection of support vector machines(SVM),an improved particle swarm optimiza-tion algorithm(quantum delta particle swarm optimization)was put forward.The algorithm adopted a strategy which op-timized three parameters synchronously.The disadvantage of optimizing for every parameter was avoided.It realized a accurate,stable and rapid optimal parameters selection of SVM.The material step of the method was shown.The simulated experiment proved the effectiveness of the algorithm above.A soft-sensor model of desorption-process about organic solvent recovery was established by applying the selected optimal parameters to modeling of SVM.The simulating result showed that the effectiveness of forecasting is satisfied.

Abstract: In the most widely used machine of pneumatic applications,the reliability of cylinder is the precondition of the security of the whole system.By the study of the theoretic reliability testing of cylinder,this paper design and implement a reliability testing system of the cylinder based on SMC's CJ2B10-20 cylinder.The uninterrupted experiment for up to one year and the testing data obtained indicate that the reliability testing system of cylinder runs stably,collects,stores and analyzes data easily.This system satisfies the needs of the reliability testing of cylinder.

Abstract: For the absence of civilian infrasonic signal collecting system, a system was designed and realized with low cost. The infrasonic signal is collected by professional infrasonic sensor firstly. And then it is processed in turn by conditioning circuits, A/D conversion circuit, serial communication between micro-controller unit and personal computer. Finally, the signal can be displayed on PC. At the same time, the signal can be analyzed with software on PC.

Abstract: Aiming at data transmission reliability and real-time requirements for distribution transfomer system,a dis- tribution transfomer system based on GPRS (general packet radio service)was raised to realize long-distance monitor- ing of transfomer in the literal sense. The system adopts a 32-bit ARM LPC2210 as the main processor of the mon- itoring terminal and acquires online data by GPRS networt.The security of data transmission is ensured by using the safety algorithm based on CRC. Experimental results show that the system is with real -time,high reliability and quick transmission speed ratio.

Abstract: For the shortcomings existing in the current ship integrated navigation positioning methods of single ship such as depending on GPS overly,bade reliability and fault tolerance,and lacking of the concept of network system,a novel ship relative integrated navigation positioning method based on marine intelligent transport system,which is MITS,is proposed by introducing the wireless network system into ship integrated navigation in this paper.This proposed method doesn’t take the ship in MITS as lone node,so the target ship can use the navigation estimates from other ship nodes in MITS and adopt the optimal distributed weighted fusion in minimizing the trace of estimate error covariance matrix to improve the performance of its integrated navigation positioning estimate.Compared with the integrated navigation algorithm for single ship,the proposed relative navigation method has better navigation accuracy,stability and fault tolerance.

Abstract: In order to imply the monitoring control ATE system,the control approach of PLC combining with remote computer is utilized.The two established control mode of TD manual control and the computer configuration monitor control switch well without affecting each other.Trough GPRS,the collected data of testing resources state and the system voltage general current and temperature humidity in the system are transmitted to remote control computer for system remote control,the alarm and event storage and print-out.The application result showed that it satisfied the requirement of ATE collectivity integration,raise the using efficiency of the system resources,ensuring the system work safely.

Abstract: In order to overcome the problem of convergence in multi-agent system dynamic collaborative behavior op-timization,a novel algorithm named improved Pareto-Q learning based on general-sum game is presented,in which the global goal is the goal of multi-agent learning for local pareto joint behavior,and in which a distribution method for collective payoff based on common acceptability is also presented.The simulation result based on multi-robot be-havior coodindicates this algorithm is feasible and practicable.

Abstract: This paper used a kind of way to remote virtual DCS monitor.It followed the OPC standard using the visual basic as development tool and based on existing DCS monitor and control system.The design is connected with the process data and remote client terminal with Winsock.It uses communication technologies complementary methods of Winsock and the OPC server,in addition uses the principle of complementary advantages of POWERBUILDER data management technology,then avoid the harsh requirements of the configuration procedures on the system conditions.It resolves the problem of data management with little cost and realize the remote monitor of process data in field.

Abstract: In order to improve the performance and efficiency of PID auto-tuning on the steam control system of boil-ers in power plants,it’s very important to design a optimal performance objective for the advanced optimization.With the system identification model of the power station superheater,this paper makes a research on the optimization of the PID parameters.This research uses the Hooke-Jeeves Algorithm whose performance objectives can be specified as the function of error items.The result of simulating indicates that using the different performance objectives will make diverse influence on the control quality.The constrained quadratic objective function in time domain is the most suitable formula for PID controller parameters optimization on power station superheated steam temperature.Moreover,the tuning method presented in this paper has high ascendance for getting the optimal PID parameters very fast.
