Abstract: The exploration of the new measurement method of transient high-temperature field is very significant.Aiming at the problem,a measuring system based on the colorimetric temperature measurement technology for transient hightemperature field was put forward.The basic system structure,the basic principle of colorimetric temperature measurement in radiation temperature measurement and the principle of the colorimetric temperature measurement of system were discussed in detail.Some problems colorimetric pyrometers usually own that affect temperature measurement accuracy are introduced,and the superiority of colorimetric temperature measurement system designed in these problems was pointed out.The temperature measurement system was calibrated statically by high-temperature black-body furnace,and the temperature measurement accuracy of system was improved.Within the range of 2000℃ to 3000℃,measuring precision of 5‰ is achieved.Measurement results show that the measuring system can meet the requirements of transient high-temperature field testing.

Abstract: In order to meet the needs of practical training in colleges,we designed the process of heat transfer training devices which fits industrial production practical.Then give the key control strategies of electrical heating oil furnace,steam generator and heat exchangers etc.Choosing Siemens S7-300 PLC and MCGS software to realize the control system design of heat transfer training equipment.The modular program design method is adopted in the PLC software design,and offers a variety of functional module for choice.To guarantee the precise and stable control effects,we adopt cascade control in some control loops.This device has been put into use in colleges,and obtained the good training effect.

Abstract: In view of the Liaoning Fuxin Jinshan plant for water quality monitoring points,the problem of fragmentation was proposed which is based on GPRS technology,water quality parameters on-line monitoring system design.Outlined in the system used in the most advanced technology to explain the system's overall structure and working principle.The system uses GPRS technology to achieve the on-site monitoring stations and data wireless connection between the monitoring center,so that the system costs at the same time can be stabilized to achieve real-time data transmission.

Abstract: Because the high-accuracy ultrasonic flowmeter has shortcomings of expensive,it has designed the A/D conversion circuit for ultrasonic flowmeter based on ARM.On the base of time-difference method ultrasonic flowmeter theory and the domestic-overseas advanced skill,a cost-effective low-power 12-bit ADC12DL040 chip and ARM processor LPC2138 were chosen for the design.The experimental results indicated that the designed A/D conversion circuit is able to accomplish the high-speed and high-resolution ultrasonic echo signal sampling,the minimum resolu-tion time of A/D conversion circuit is 0.305ns.The design and implementation of A/D conversion circuit for ultrasonic flowmeter not only lower the production cost,but also lay a solid foundation for the low-cost high-accuracy ultrason-ic flowmeter research.

Abstract: The paper,a mine monitoring system framework based on ZigBee wireless sensor networks of studying IEEE802.15.4 standard communication protocol is proposed.This paper mainly introduces the design of wireless sensor network node of temperature,humidity and gas oncentration monitoring in the coal mine,software and hardware of data acquisition and transmission are designed in mine wireless network monitoring system.The monitoring signal acquisition and wireless transmission are realized.This design solves a lot of monitoring of wireless networking,the mine monitoring system has been successfully applied.

Abstract: In order to supply reference constant pressure water for electromagnetic valve performance test of the washing machine, We design a water supply system that consists of PLC,fuzzy PID and frequency converter,and has precision and constant low pressure. In this paper,the principle,hardware circuit diagram and software design scheme of the system are introduced.Practice has proved that the system can supply the electromagnetic valve performance test continuous adjustable reference constant water pressure with 0.01-0.05 Mpa water pressure,0.6-30L/min flow.The system is easily controlled and it has high reliability,good protecting performance and high automation,so it has wide application future and popularization value.

Abstract: Humanbody temperature measurement is the primary means to prevent and control the flu,however,the tra-ditional thermometer has many discommodiousness in application.Based on DS18B20 digital temperature sensor,utilize STC89C516RD+ design multi-drop body temperature measurement system for schools.The system can server for 64 users every minute and show the temperature data by LCD 12864,convenient for the healthcare professionals.Result shows that system has the advantages of low cost,high efficient,easier to manage and meet the requirements measure mass users body temperature quickly.

Abstract: The high-parameter and large-capacity become the development trend of thermal power plant unit,In order to ensure the safe and economic operation of the thermal control system,Made more stringent requirements to control of chemical parameters steam and water of thermal system.With characteristics of a large delay,nonlinear,time-varying,In the process of dosing of regulating boiler feed water quality,It’s difficult to obtain satisfactory control effect in the traditional control methods.Research based on the characteristics of dosing for the thermal power plant water supply system,The fuzzy control introduced into the boiler feed water control system,proposed to combination of ideas of fuzzy control and conventional PID,designed self-adaptive fuzzy PID control model,simulation of the dynamic performance of the controller.Simulation results show that method has a good dynamic quality and regulation accuracy of adjustment.The effectiveness of the proposed method is also verified by the physical experiment.

Abstract: In order to improve the control accuracy of routine fuzzy controller,fuzzy controller based on the universe of discourse and rules self-adjustment has been exploited in this paper,which makes it have certain adaptive control function.The fuzzy controller realizes intersection and interpenetration between the theories of adaptive control and fuzzy control.To prove its applicability,a test was made using this controller in process of grind grading in a mineral concentration laboratory.The results show that the controller is suitable to the grind grading control system.

Abstract: The structure of remote environment monitor system is introduced in this paper. Siemens S7-200 PLC sends the real-time data of equipment’s state to the host computer automatically through the GPRS DTU, and can be able to receive the host computer’s instruction and send the history data within the specific time. On the host computer, the Winsock control of VB6.0 is used to receive the data of remote terminals and process them.It realized the remote environmental monitoring.

Abstract: Discussed a PID control parameters tuning approach using the feasibility of closed-loop response curve based on large inertia and time delay sestem.It turns the three control parameters for PID control into a single parameter of KP by the expansion of the response curve drawing method.Theoretical analysis and computer simulation results show that,the relationship between KP and the system’s closed-loop response characteristics is simple and intuitive,according to the closed-loop response curve,it can adjust the KP to make the response curves of the system to meet the control target.Besides the method can be more convenient to achieve self-tuning parameters through a computer program.Temperature control via a physical experiment to verify the theoretical analysis and simulation results are correct.The correction of the theoretical analysis and simulation results are verified by a Temperature control physics experiment.

Abstract: General framework and autonomous flight strategy of a small UAV is presented briefly,then focuses on the realization of the hardware design and software algorithm of measuring and control of altitude.To get the precise attitude control and trajectory tracking,the data of multi-sensor composed of GPS、sonar and pressure sensor is processed through some data fusion algorithm is applied to GPS/INS integrated navigation system.Actual flight data shows that the flight control system design of hardware and realization of software algorithm cooperated perfectly and achieve the expected result.

Abstract: The methodology and technology of the mountain cracks remote monitoring are proposed in this paper.The system includes two parts: the acquisition node is using the SOC microcontroller as its core,uses the displacement sensors to pick up the mountain cracks and the GSM module to set up the SM(short message) data transmission platform.With the low power supply management,the acquisition node can work continuously more than two months by the ordinary batteries.The indoor host manages the acquisition nodes through the GSM platform and connects to the PC with the RS232 interface and friendly expert system software is also designed.

Abstract: The design of the full automatic digital multimeter circuit is based on the microcontroller unit and the programmable logic device.The function of this type of multimeter is to read the archives and choose the measure range automatically by the physical quantity which is to be measured.And the function is realized using the complex table pens as test probes that are self-developed.This paper not only describes the principle of automatic identification between the direct current and the alternating current,the voltage and the current,and the electric quantity and the non electric quantity,but also it shows you the principle of automatic switch between the measure function and the measure range.In this paper the architecture composition diagram about the multimeter and the design of software and hardware are mainly discussed.The multimeter only has a power switch that can be pressed,a slot for complex table pens and a jack for the general black table pen.And there are no other parts that can be used to input information to the digital multimeter.It can be proved by tests that this multimeter has the advantages of stable performance,high accuracy,simple architecture,convenient use and low cost.

Abstract: Wasterwater treatment system is a complex non-linear system containing a huge amount of information.The wastewater quality parameters (such as BOD,COD,TN and so on) can not be monitored online or realtime,which has affected the effectiveness of wastewater treatment.In this paper,soft-measurement technology based on particle swarm optimization algorithm (PSO) and Online MIMO Least Squares Support Vector Machine to online-measurement of wastewater treatment is established,which has been applied to the online and realtime measurement for the real wastewater treatment processes and satisfactory results are obtained.

Abstract: This paper presents the architecture of ARM+MCU in hardware.Linux operating system and libraries of Qt were transplanted to ARM processor to develop human-machine interface,and on this basis,Web server and embedded database were transplanted to implement the remote monitoring of the on-site data.Microcontroller was applied to realize the control of the greenhouse.Cascade control algorithm was used to achieve precise control,and to eliminate the coupling effect,feed-forward was used on this system.At the same time,Smith predictor was added to the main regulator to overcome the effect of large delay and large lag.Filed results indicate that the novel intelligent control system for the control of greenhouse is reliable with high precision and good real-time,and that meets the requirements of greenhouse cultivation and has a high value of application.

Abstract: In order to improve the Ethernet data transmission efficiency,it designed a embedded Ethernet interface,whose core control unit is MSP430FG4618 to drive the Ethernet interface chip DM9000EP.Through the MCU to completed the initializatioin of the Ethernet card chip,data package,the control of receiving and sending;while the Ethernet card chip is used to receive and send data from Ethernet.The test results showed that the transmission process of UDP data;and UDP transmission efficiency is increased through cutting the UDP/IP protocol stack.With simple design,low price,little peripheral equipment and short development cycle,the interface can satisfy some requires from the testing,data acquisition systems of high speed data transmission.

Abstract: Based on a 765 MW combinational once-through boiler turbogenerator unit,this paper designs the typical parallel fuzzy control system for the output electric power and enthalpy,and researches the parameter’s adaptive tuning method of the fuzzy controller.First,it analyses the mathematical model of the once-through boiler turbogenerator unit.Then based on author’s previous work,given the parameters’ adaptive tuning method of the fuzzy controller based on author’s previous work.Finally,the simulation results show that parameter adaptive fuzzy PID controller can effectively reduce control system’s oscillating and regulating time,whose static and dynamic property is more than the basic parallel fuzzy PID control system.

Abstract: A multi-function watt-hour meter with automatic measurement and monitoring was designed for power distri-bution terminal,To achieve automatic measurement,automatic monitoring and control.And software and hardware de-sign of it are introduced,and its monitoring and control function were emphasized.Accuracy degree of watt-hour meter was improved by using ATT7026A chip;Electrical parameters automatic measurement,monitoring and control functions were realized through gathering electrical parameters of end-users on time,and analysis,comparing on the gathered data and data from standard meter by microcomputer.Preliminary tests show that the multi-function watt-hour meter has accurate measurement,good performance,high intelligence,and can meet design requirements on measurement,monitoring and control.
