Abstract: The rapid development of Mechanical,electronic and computer enhances the development of the robot,and also promotes the multi-faceted study of the robot.As one of the important areas,the mobile robot was continuously developing in the direction of high-speed,high precision,open,intelligent and network.However,the study of mobile robot under the condition of high-speed at home and aboard was still one of the few currently,so this paper researches and analysis for the status of high-speed mobile robot,and point out the issues to be studied according its development trend.

Abstract: An intelligent monitoring system for city street single lamp control is presented,in which the low-voltage power line communication is adopted.A unique relay strategy is proposed according to the characteristic including the short communication distance and bad reliability of power line communication which caused by the particularity of power channel environment and style structure for street lamp distribution.This relay strategy can not only construct but also maintain and optimize PLC networks' dynamic routes in accord with variation of channel's quality.The realization process of relay strategy is expounded.The experiments shows that the strategy can choose appropriate relay nodes so that signal transmission in the power line could be more dependable and efficient.This system is stable and reliable operation,with a good application and dissemination value.

Abstract: This paper introduces the structure and function of a fingerprint identification system,with an emphasis on the fingerprint acquisition and minutia matching in the fingerprint distinguishing technology,gives out an object-oriented fingerprint recognition arithmetic based on the Visual C++ 6.0 besides the experimental results.The fingerprint identification system has been running successfully,and furthermore its performance is stable property as well as safe,practical and reliable.

Abstract: It was difficult to achieve the desired purpose using the conventional PID control method in the heating furnace temperature control system.According to the requirements of furnace temperature control,a PLC furnace temperature control system based on fuzzy control theory was designed.This control system has both advantages of PLC and fuzzy control,which contain anti-interfere strongly,high stability,fast response and simple control.It plays an active role for improving the heating efficiency of heating furnace and economic benefit of steel plants.The practical operation result shows that the deviation between actual value and expected value was less than 3%.

Abstract: At present,most of bearing fault diagnosis system based on acoustic signals,the positions of microphone and bearings are relatively fixed.So it is not applicable for train bearing fault diagnosis,because of each bearing must be equipped with a microphone.For the above reason,a data acquisition system with one microphone for multiple bearings was presented.Firstly,the information collection system for train speed was designed with TMS320F2812DSP.Secondly,the acoustic signal acquisition system for train bearing is built based on the data acquisition card PCI8622.Finally,based on Visual Studio 6.0,the human-computer interaction system was designed.The results show that the design of acoustic signal acquisition system can realize the acquisition and storage of the bearing fault data,and has the merits of high reliability and well human-machine interface.

Abstract: In order to solve the problem that the combustion process and the heat-transfer mechanism of furnace were extremely complex,and that the traditional control methods were difficulties to achieve accurate and effectual control of furnace temperature.This paper introduced a fuzzy control strategy for temperature of pulse combustion furnace via the combination of fuzzy control theory and pulse combustion control technology.The practical application shows that this control mode can gain uniform temperature distribution,high response speed,low overshoot and high static accuracy.It has achieved good control effects.

Abstract: According to the indoor application environments,a kind of low-cost and family-oriented smart remote controller was designed for home appliance.The hardware mainly is consist of SCM、nrF24L01 wireless communication module and variety of sensors.On the software,this paper introduces a new communication protocol and adaptive routing algorithm are designed.This system uses wireless communication can be completed environmental monitoring,automatic alarm,electrical appliances control and so on,by wireless communication without wiring.Experiments proved that the system has low cost,good stability and expansibility features.It can be widely used in home automation.

Abstract: The communication between HART bus and PLC control system is rare.This paper designs a control system being a combination of PLC and HART bus.The system is used in a Chemical workshop.In this control system S7-224XP uses the free ports protocol to communicate with HART adapter and ADAM-5510M uses the serial communication ports to communicate with HART adapter.The control system can be used in explosion-proof area and the cost is very low.The integration of HART bus and PLC will be worthy of using abroad.

Abstract: Water-saving controller of bathing was designed in this paper,charges consumers for bathing according to the actual time of bathing,from which power-saving and water-saving can be achieved.The controller,employing RC500 to read and write IC card,can communicate with PC in real time with RS485 interface.Under the "Charging first then supplying water" mode,consumers are charged according to bathing time and consuming rate which can be set through PC software.In idle mode,the controller displays time information.During bathing,controller,displaying consuming fee and card balance,can pause charge and supply water with the help of infrared sensor.The controller has a lot of advantages such as stable running,small volume,low cost,easy operating and so on,which can be used in bathrooms,student hostel,boiling-water room,laundry room and other places where water faucet is employed.

Abstract: In order to meet the demand for multi-serials extention in interpreted navigation system based on information fusion system,the paper puts forward a multi-serials extension method based on XR16L788 and introduces the related hardware designing,device driver and application program designing in Linux system.At the beginning,the paper first analyzed how to connect the XR16L788 with CPU,exemplified with AT91RM9200.Secondly,the paper introduces the detailed programming for XR16L788 device driver in Linux system.Finally,the application program designing for multi-serials systems based on multi-task thread pool is described.The multi-serials extensions method,proven reliable in experiments,is plausible.

Abstract: Based on least squares regressive support vector machine(LS-SVM),a new design method of observer is proposed for a class of single-input single output(SISO) uncertain nonlinear control system.The key assumptions are that the norm of the difference(between optimal approximation parameter vector and nominal parameter vector) and the approximation errors are bounded,and the bounds are unknown.The problem of how to get the ultimate solution of the LS-SVM can be transformed to a quadratic programming problem with linear restriction,and the local minimum can be avoided.Considering the effect of LS-SVM's parameters,a parameter selection and soft modelling method is presented within Bayesian evidence framework and the method can improve LS-SVM's approximation ability.The theory research and simulation example demonstrates the feasibility and effect of the proposed approach.

Abstract: In his paper,an adaptive control method was deduced for a class nonlinear tank level control system.The adaptive control method was a gradient-based on model reference adaptive system.And the plant model was based on HUATEC A3000 advanced process control for nonlinear tank level system as a nonlinear controlled object model.RTW fast prototype develop tool was applied to implement the algorithm verifying and real time control.The results show the efficiency of the deduced algorithm,and also show a good nonlinear control performance,that the control parameters can change turned adaptively with the operating point.

Abstract: Composing the developmental actuality of positioning system and doing some research on data wireless transmission via GPRS,this article puts a method which wireless M2M(machine to machine) communication protocol and WMMP[1]protocol to positioning system for police.After testing,packet loss rate can be controlled below 1%.Thus,a better efficiency will be fulfilled.The positioning system is composed of positioning terminal and computer control center.The positioning system for police builds a network using IDs of policemen,this can protect safety of policemen and coordinate the policemen during their tasks.

Abstract: Based on LabVIEW for virtual instruments and a third-party measuring board and controlling card,support by the electromechanical coupling test platform,the dynamic response characteristic of solenoid valve test system was designed and developed,which pressure resistance value from 0.1MPa to 35MPa.Its pneumatic circuit,electrical control circuit and controlling software system are also presented.By use of Queue technology,the programming for data acquisition,storage and display was simplified.In order to improve the measure precision of testing system,using Butterworth filter to filter the high-speed sensor data collected,and adopting the method of least square fitting to modify the measurement signal of pressure.The system adopts the idea of modularization,and has an ability of redevelopment.The experiment shows that this system can test four solenoid valves simultaneously,the working efficiency has enhance about 400%,the testing precision has reached up to 0.5%.

Abstract: Contourlet transform overcomes the weakness of wavelet transform in dealing with high-dimensional signals.It provides a flexible multiresolution,local and directional image expansion and a sparse representation for dimensional piecewise smooth signal resembling images.It can satisfy the anisotropy scaling relation for curves,and thus offers a fast and structured Contourlet-like decomposition.When contourlet transform is applied to image fusion,the characteristic of original images can be effectively extracted and more important information is preserved.Fusion rules are very important in image fusion algorithms.Because the rule of self-adpative has advantage in choosing coefficients and the wavelet based Dual-tree Complex Wavelet-Contourlet transform is of multi-scale and multi-direction.A method based on the rule of local energy for image fusion using Dual-tree Complex wavelet based Contourlet transform was proposed.Fristly,the Contourlet transform is used to perform a multiscale decomposition of Pan and Mul image,the original images are decomposed low-frequency coefficients and high-frequency coefficients.To low-frequency coefficients,self-adpative regional energy rule is used,to high-frequency coefficients regional feature self-adaptive fusion rule is used.The result image is generated by reverse Contourlet transform based on the low-frequency coefficients and high-frequency coefficients.The experimental results show that this method is an effective and feasible algorithm..

Abstract: An indoor monitoring system of building temperature,humidity and luminous intensity based on wireless sensor network technology was designed.The system can accomplish the indoor environment data collection,transmission,storage and analysis,with a low-power,self-organizing features.According to management center's command,the management nodes use ZigBee network to send the temperature,humidity,luminous intensity data and alarm information of the wireless sensor network nodes.Experiment results show that the ZigBee technology has low power consumption,low cost,and high capacity feature and the system based on ZigBee technology has great advantage in realizing real time building environmental monitoring system of temperature,humidity and luminous intensity.

Abstract: In order to improve the management efficiency and energy saving effect of street light control system,it's very important to design a self-group network.With the model of street light monitoring and management system,the characteristics of wireless Ad Hoc networks and the application development method for the energy-saving street light control system is discussed.The system programme consisting of GIS network and real-time control is proposed.The design of street light control system is given including hardware design,software design,application profile,IP address allocation mechanism.The system programme is tested on the platform of Chipcon CC1101.The proposed system is successfully applied to actualproject.The street lightenergy-saving control system has characteristics of intellec-tualization,informationization,high reliability,low cost objectives,etc.The obvious energy saving control result is obtained.

Abstract: The long time-delay is often existent in industrial processes.A Fuzzy-PI-Smith controller for a system with the long time-delay was proposed to solve the problem of big overshoot and regulating time during the long time-delay control.Combines the Smith predictive control with fuzzy self-adaptive PI in this paper.The traditional PID controller in Smith predictive control was replaced by fuzzy PI controller which utilizes the principle of fuzzy control to tune parameters of PI controller on-line.The results of simulation for electric oven shows,that the method have the advantages of short regulating time,no overshoot,excellent control accuracy,no stabilizing error and good adaptive ability to the changes of system model.

Abstract: A digital servo system with coarse-fine channel presented in this paper improves the test precision of aircraft instrument to solve the problem of large errors of flight altitude stating in a single channel.The theory of digital servo system with dual channel and the method of coarse-fine angle separating were introduced in this paper.DSC conversion module was designed based on coarse and fine dual-channel digital servo system to realize the digital servo system to meet the testing requirements of the aviation maintenance manual test subject requirements.Using the microcontroller to achieve the figures-Synchro signal conversion.Propose a new method for measuring the resonant capacitor.Analyzed the static and dynamic characteristics of servo system and used the least squares data processing.The test result indicates the high module conversion accuracy and good linearity.

Abstract: In order for independet photovoltaic power generation device status monitoring,a communication system is designed between LabVIEW and MSP430 Based on serial port USB.This paper utilizes CP2102 to upgrade UART for use with USB,and the data communication is executed through USB serial port between LabVIEW and MSP430.Under the Modbus-RTU communication protocol,the software procedure using LabVIEW language and C51 language is designed,and finally makes a confirmation in a real-time photovoltaic monitoring system.Practical application and experiments show that the system has higher system reliability,stronger site environmental adaptability,and their application fields were extended.
