Abstract: To guarantee scalability and stability of the magnetic navigation AGV control system,a control system was built based on the CAN bus. The system's hardware architecture was formed by embedded industrial computers at its core,and through the CAN bus connects several ARM processors that control the peripherals. It focuses on the solutions to the motion controller and monitoring management system. The motion controller was facilitated with the application of the interrupt tasks scheduling model,and the AGV's dynamic tracking performance was improved by the self-tuning PD controller. The monitoring and management system was made up of six mutual modules,and it transmits and receives messages through thread suspending in proper time and the matching operations of receiving gradually. According to practical testing,the AGV system works well and possesses a good tracking performance.

Abstract: Facing with abstract symbols and names of the machinery in the PC, it is likely to cause operational errors for the operator to use the upper control software to realize the machinery control because of too many and miscellaneous stage machineries in the stage machinery control areas. It can effectively overcome this shortcoming by introducing the Virtual Reality Technology to the Stage Control System. This paper uses OpenGL for graphics development in the VB6.0 platform, and uses 3DMAX modeling software to build three-dimensional model of the stage and export models into STL format file, then reads and reproduces in the program to achieve real-time dynamic of the virtual stage machinery by connecting the control system database.

Abstract: In order to monitoring geological hazard,a debris flow monitoring early warning system based on Beidou short message was designed. With the help of the embedded processor and high resolution ADC,this instrument was able to convert the monitoring data to digital signal,which will be sent to the monitoring servers backstage in short message format to be analyzed,displayed and stored. In the meantime,the monitor servers can send the alarm information to related personnel according to the preestablished alarm threshold value. The whole system design can connect nine sensors as the result of nine-channel-design,which has past both the laboratory and field experiments and has played a very important role in the secondary disaster monitoring after Lushan "4.20" Earthquake in Yaan,Sichuan. Practice has proved that this instrument meets the designed targets of data accuracy and success rate of alarm with reliable performance and simple,convenient installation,which can be very fit for the request of field work.

Abstract: furnace forecast accuracy requirements for iron and steel enterprises, proposed based on the second-order particle swarm optimization Furnace support vector machine prediction method. Particle swarm intelligent algorithm to optimize the parameters of support vector machine regression to experience blindness selected input parameters can be avoided, which can effectively improve the forecasting speed and accuracy. The instance simulation results show that the furnace to predict with a high accuracy, the method is far superior to the BP neural network prediction results.

Abstract: Based on the characteristics of MapReduce model running in parallel, consider poor scalability characteristics of conventional and traditional Apriori algorithm, this paper adoptes a "cloud" of cheap computing power handling and association rule mining algorithm, Improves Apriori algorithm to improve operational efficiency. By improving the environment in the cloud MapReduce programming framework, and combined with MR-Apriori algorithm validation experiments, MR-Apriori algorithm for parallel improvements, the traditional Apriori mining to resolve the problems encountered, implemented based on MapReduce parallel Apriori algorithm is highly scalable, and shows the element technology combined with the likelihood of association rule mining algorithm.

Abstract: This paper analysises the reason of nonlinearity of the RTD temperature sensor for Pt100 from resistancetemperature characteristics.Using the current transmitter of XTR105,which is located on-site end,to adjust the output signal of the RTD and compensate its nonlinearity through positive feedback.After that,Output a industry standard current of 4~20 mA to the current loop receiver of RCV420 located on monitoring system side for linear conversion of current-voltage.Besides and analyses the problem of thermometry error,which is derived from DC output offset because of strong RF interference appeared in industrial field applications,and using a filter circuit to filtrate this interference in the paper. Experimental results show that the temperature measurement module can pass a series of EMC tests,which meets the requirements of most industrial field applications.After calibration,the measurement error of the module is less than 0.5 ℃.

Abstract: For some remote areas where was poor communication in landslide monitoring system in China,this paper introduce a remote landslide monitoring system based on Beidou communication. The system consists of outdoor acquisition node,indoor monitoring center. The displacement of landslide surface cracks,surface tilt angle,local rainfall and other information were obtained by outdoor acquisition node. And the information can be sent to monitoring center via the Beidou satellite communications in the form of short message. What's more,landslide information can be decoding,stored and displayed for early warning with the help of indoor monitoring center. The collection frequency of outdoor acquisition node also can be modified remotely. The system has been applied to the project of "Guizhou geological disaster monitoring and decision supporting platform" and it showed all performance indicators meet the requirements.

Abstract: In view of the current temperature and humidity monitoring of flower shed,almost adopt the artificial reading thermometer and hygrometer,design a kind of low power sensor nodes based on WSN network,data acquisition and data transmission. The system adopts low power components STM32 as the the sink node microprocessor,STM8L as the sensor nodes in a microprocessor,Si4432 as the RF module and using LabVIEW 2011 as the software development platform,and add the GSM/GPRS module,set warning value. The system realizes the function that temperature and humidity real-time data acquisition,transmission,display and remote monitoring in flower greenhouse.

Abstract: In order to recognize the images that the camera collected, this paper study a method which can realize the digital image's automatic recognition. First of all, preprocessing the images that it's collected. It includes extraction of digital regional, image graying and smoothing. Then using local adaptive binarization method to deal with graphics, as well as to the binary image morphology processing, and using the projection method to split the string. Finally using threading method to identify digital, effectively reduce the rate of course. The experimental results show that the method of digital multimeter recognition effect is good,fast and simple.

Abstract: Aiming at problems of K-type thermocouple nonlinearity error in the heat experiment,a high precision temperature measurement device based on the principle of thermocouple was designed.The device choose STM32 microcontroller as the master chip,use a dedicated AD chip ADS1148 and through cold junction compensation,piecewise fitting and other measures to improve the temperature measuring precision.Test result show that the precision of temperature measurement can reach ±0.1 ℃ in the range of-50 ℃~500 ℃. Device has characters of small size,high accuracy,high stability and reliability,which can be widely used in high precision temperature measurement of industrial production and military field.

Abstract: In view of the high speed distributed seismic exploration demand for multi-node RS485 and Ethernet connection. This paper adopts the physical layer of Ethernet integration chip DP83848 and STM32 micro controller to design a low-cost high-speed Ethernet and RS485 gateway. It uses "switch time-sharing" and with the "front-back programming" to optimize the RS485 and TCP/IP protocol stack to improve operation efficiency. The test shows that the gateway can achieve 2 M RS485 network and 100 M Ethernet connectivity. Signal gateway can be connected seismic channel number more than 100 channels when the acquisition node was 24 bit 1 kb/s sampling rate of digital geophone.

Abstract: This paper introduces a three-phase power meter which controlled by the core processor ARM,its hardware and software was described in detail. The meter set power parameters monitoring measurement and display as a whole.Electricity parameters measured by a special chip-CS5463 which is designed for electricity parameters measurement. The electric meter has high integration, low cost, low power consumption and strong anti-jamming capability. The electric meter can meet the energy requirements of the intelligent management. Meter can communicate with the main controller through the MAX485 chip and it can achieve remote data transmission function.It can easily achieve the function of real-time monitoring, data acquisition and it has a good prospect of application.

This article briefly describes the classification and electronic transformer calibration methods commonly used in the LabView software environment, using zero-phase digital filter to filter white noise signal, using Hanning convolution absolute calibration method for digital signal two quasi-synchronous digital signals to achieve the fundamental parameters score analysis, implementation of a virtual instrument electronic transformer calibration method. Experimental data show that the method can be used to test class 0.2S transformer, has a practical application value.
