Abstract: The performance of the present power transmission line monitoring methods with post-disaster emergency situation was not desirable. In this paper,according to the State Grid Corporation of the relevant standards,a condition monitoring system for transmission line and a corresponding method for emergency communication based on Beidou SMS(short message system)were designed. The systems designed could not only provide reliable access and uploading monitoring data in normal situations,but also guarantee transmitting key information by introducing a hierarchical transmission scheme in worse situation,such as a disaster or an accident. The simulation results utilizing OMEnet++ software showed the validity and feasibility of the systems and methods designed.

Abstract: This paper introduces a simple measuring instrument of micro-capacitance. The measuring instrument adopts MSP4305529 MCU as the control core. By means of a square wave signal with alterable frequency to excite two RC phase-shift circuits,then we operate the excited signal with the "reshaping" and "exclusive-or" method,as a result,a PWM wave signal can be obtained,whose duty cycle was directly proportional to capacitive difference in RC phase-shift circuit. Through ICL7135 to achieve the integral of the PWM,we measure DC voltage and then get the capacitance value. Compared with the traditional measuring instrument in micro-capacitance,the method has the following advantages:simple circuit,convenient measurement,portability,high measuring accuracy,low cost and etcetera.Through the actual test,this measuring instrument can be concluded that the instrument can measure capacitance ranging from 1p F to 10 n F. The test data reflects that the measurement accuracy of the capacitance can be up to2%.

Abstract: Short-term heat load forecasting plays an important role in the safe and economic operation of the urban district heating system,and improving the accuracy of prediction was the first task for many scholars' study. For a long time,some researchers have tried different types of neural network to forecast the short-term heat load. As a result of the strongly influence which caused by the external factors such as temperature for district heating system heat load,considering the weather factors can make the prediction results more accurately when making neural network model. This paper presents a improved BP neural network model based on weather forecast which can forecast the short-term heat load. The weather forecast,as a part of the neural network input,gained through the temperature API interface and are trained with the historical data of the heat load at the same time. The program were ran on the Matlab platform. Some uncertain interference factors were also considered in the experiment. The experimental result shows that the neural network model based on weather forecast can make the heat load prediction more accurately.

Abstract: In the use of DGPS for marine radar in marine dynamic calibration,There is problem for the antenna and radar signal reflector on the radar and UAV in the presence of DGPS antenna. In addition, the problem of the error of heading angle caused by the installation of the DGPS antenna in the ship is caused by the error of the heading angle. To solve these two problems, the coordinate system conversion method and the space geometry projection method are used. The influence of the height deviation, the azimuth deviation, the baseline length and the height of the DGPS antenna on the ship heading measurement is analyzed, and the error model is built. Through simulation, the relationship between the accuracy of the measurement and the heading angle is analyzed, and the simulation results show that the modified model can effectively improve the accuracy of DGPS calibration.

Abstract: Aiming at the problems that the precise model of Nd Feb hydrogen explosion system cannot be established and the internal allloy grinding degree of hydrogen explosion process cannot be measured online,the ACP theory,which was applied to solve complex problems,was employed to establish a parallel system framework of Nd Feb hydrogen explosion process system. Based on the basic content and framework of ACP theory,the Nd Feb hydrogen explosion artificial system was constructed,which was "equivalent" to actual system. Numbers of computational experiments has been carried out to evaluate the artificial system. Through the parallel execution of artificial system and actual system,online constantly adjusting the best process curve for the system,and guides the practical production more reasonably.
