TL;DR: Histological tests of the necroptic material revealed the presence in lymph nodes of structures of lymphogranuloma with Reed-Sternberg's cells and Monoclonal gammapathy IgM was another noteworthy feature.
Abstract: A report is presented on a case of Richter's syndrome in a 77-year old female patient. The pathological process stretched over two year starting as chronic lymphatic leukemia with typical features of the clinical and hematological pictures. No cytostatics were used. In the terminal stages, the cytological picture had changed to the exten that a clinical diagnosis of Richter's syndrome could be established. Histological tests of the necroptic material revealed the presence in lymph nodes of structures of lymphogranuloma with Reed-Sternberg's cells. Monoclonal gammapathy IgM was another noteworthy feature.

TL;DR: A busky tumour of yellow colour with pus-filled central cavities was removed from the left retroperitoneum of a 54 year old man and revealed to be a rare variant of fibrous histiocytoma characterized by an extremely large quantity of mature neutrophil granulocytes in all the tumour tissue messively phagocyted by tumour histiocytes.
Abstract: A busky tumour of yellow colour with pus-filled central cavities was removed from the left retroperitoneum of a 54 year old man. Histology revealed it to be a rare variant of fibrous histiocytoma characterized by an extremely large quantity of mature neutrophil granulocytes in all the tumour tissue messively phagocyted by tumour histiocytes. There was no relapse or dissemination when postmortem was performed 5 months after the operation.

TL;DR: A ball-shaped lump, 6 cm in diameter, showing the structure of extraosseous osteogenic sarcoma, was removed from the left breast of a 59 year old woman.
Abstract: A ball-shaped lump, 6 cm in diameter, showing the structure of extraosseous osteogenic sarcoma, was removed from the left breast of a 59 year old woman. This extremely rare breast tumour was seen developing indepedently, i. e. enconnected with any other epithelial, mesenchymal or mixed tumour as is more often the case. It is usually included in the group of stromal sarcomas of the breast. In addition, there was also dysplasia and a small focus of lobular carcinomas in the mammary gland.

TL;DR: Swelling of the gums resembling epulis was due to herpetic infection, and variones appearing as spherical corpuscles augmented by encapsulation layers following permeation through the nuclear and cytoplasmatic membranes.
Abstract: Swelling of the gums resembling epulis was due to herpetic infection. Virus inclusions were found both in the gum epithelium and in elements of granulation tissue at the base of marginal exulceration. There were variones appearing as spherical corpuscles augmented by encapsulation layers following permeation through the nuclear and cytoplasmatic membranes.

TL;DR: A histological examination of the whole surgically removed shoulder blade revealed the presence of infantile cortical hyperostosis and biopsy from the surface of the bone gave no unambiguous answer.
Abstract: A 3-month old infant was found to suffer from a solid painless soft tissue swelling situated in his left scapular region and accompanied by pronounced anaemia and raised erythrocyte sedimentation rate. The ominous clinical course as well as X-ray pictures of the scapula gave rise to a suspicion of a malignant tumour development. Biopsy from the surface of the bone gave no unambiguous answer. A histological examination of the whole surgically removed shoulder blade revealed the presence of infantile cortical hyperostosis.
