TL;DR: Presence of eosinophilic granulocytes and of mast cells were simultaneously evaluated in 40 cases of uterine cervix carcinoma; Mutual relation of major admixture of both cell types in total volume of infiltration failed to be proved.
Abstract: Presence of eosinophilic granulocytes and of mast cells were simultaneously evaluated in 40 cases of uterine cervix carcinoma. Mutual relation of major admixture of both cell types in total volume of infiltration failed to be proved. Participation of mast cells seemed to be mostly constant; their bigger admixture in single cases was not related to the shortest survival. Substantially greater number of eosinophilic granulocytes occurred only in the longest survival cases.

TL;DR: A malignant lymphoma (ML) was found in resected stomach and regional lymphnodes of a 62-year- old woman and looked like flattening of mucosal folds or slight map-like elevation of antral and pyloric mucosa.
Abstract: A malignant lymphoma (ML) was found in resected stomach and regional lymphnodes of a 62-year- old woman. The process looked like flattening of mucosal folds or slight map-like elevation of antral and pyloric mucosa. Tumorous foci were spread in submucosa, muscular layer and lymphatics of the stomach wall. Tumour histology equaled centrocytic follicular ML with lymphoepithelial lesions and many plasmacytes in gastric mucosa. Differential diagnosis of this peculiar type of ML which was defined by Isaacson et al., has to distinguish especially so called pseudolymphoma and immunocytoma as well as undifferentiated stomach carcinoma. A relatively favourable behaviour of this centrocytic ML gives reasons for separating it in a group of ML of mucosal lymphatic tissue.

TL;DR: 55 cases of non-traumatic death with preterminal treatment by indirect heart massage showed fat pulmonary embolism in 42 per cent and cases with thoracal fractures caused by massage were positive in 67 per cent.
Abstract: 55 cases of non-traumatic death with preterminal treatment by indirect heart massage showed fat pulmonary embolism in 42 per cent. Cases with thoracal fractures caused by massage were positive in 67 per cent. Controls were represented by a group of traumatic deaths with multiple fractures (80 per cent positivity) and a group of non-traumatic deaths without application of massage (6 per cent positivity).

Abstract: Description of an unusual carcinoma of the gall bladder in a 55 year-old woman. Bioptical finding based on light microscopy, electron microscopy and immunohistology is compared with autopsy. Histogenesis of osteoclast-like structures in the carcinoma is discussed.

TL;DR: Nosological identity of dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans and its "pigmented variant" is substantiated but fails to solve histogenetic embarrassment of both items.
Abstract: Attention concentrated on features of storiform neurofibroma failed to find an unambiguous universal interpretation. 15 consecutively published cases were collectively revised with partial conclusions from a comparison of findings and references: Nosological identity of dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans and its "pigmented variant" is substantiated but fails to solve histogenetic embarrassment of both items. Characteristic storiform structure is connected with layered very flat cells. No doubt they remind of spindle-shaped fibroblasts in cross section but flat dendritic cells remain an essential component no matter whether pigmented or not. Open to discuss is whether fibroblasts belong to adaptable cells which generally can get a flat shape among dendritic cells. Their pigmentation may have local origin according to paraneuronal theory.

TL;DR: All the aneurysms were atherosclerotic, in one case a combination with mucold dystrophy was found and evidence of arterial hypertension was in 43 per cent of the analyzed cases.
Abstract: Aneurysm of abdominal aorta was found in 58 cases (0.87 per cent) of a group of 6646 postmortems. The group comprised persons over 15, 45 males and 13 females. The highest frequency of aneurysms (36) was at the age 71 to 80. Rupture of the aneurysm occurred in 15 cases and vascular diseases represented a half part of other causes of death. All the aneurysms were atherosclerotic, in one case a combination with mucold dystrophy was found. Evidence of arterial hypertension was in 43 per cent of the analyzed cases. Histology was performed in 24 cases and proved a destruction of elastic structures in tunica media, fibrosis, loss of smooth muscle cells followed by substantial thinning of the vessel wall. Widening of adventicia was caused by increase of collagen fibres. Discussion concerned formal pathogenesis of the lesion.
