TL;DR: The biological structure-activity relationships for compounds found in roseroot, thorny eleutherococcus, common lilac, purple echinacea, medicinal melissa, variegated milk-thistle, Silybum marianum, and others were discussed.
Abstract: The literature and our own research results on phenylpropanoids from medicinal plants were reviewed and systematized Data were presented for the distribution of phenylpropanoids Their classification was proposed The biological structure-activity relationships for compounds found in roseroot (Rhodiola rosea), thorny eleutherococcus (Eleutherococus senticosus), common lilac (Syringa vulgaris), purple echinacea (Echinacea purpurea), medicinal melissa (Melissa officinalis), variegated milk-thistle (Silybum marianum), and others were discussed

TL;DR: A list of 208 phenolic compounds was given according to the flavonoid type with an indication of the plant sources, structures, and physicochemical properties and citations of the original articles.
Abstract: Information on flavones, flavanones, flavanonols, flavonols, chalcones, isoflavones, biflavonoids, lignoflavonoids, and lignane glycosides and stilbenes isolated from plants of the Scutellaria L. genus was systematized and reviewed. A list of 208 phenolic compounds was given according to flavonoid type with an indication of the plant sources, structures, and physicochemical properties and citations of the original articles.

TL;DR: The GC-MS analysis of the essential oil obtained from steam distillation of the oleoresin of Pistacia atlantica var.
Abstract: The oleoresin of Pistacia atlantica var. mutica, growing in different regions of Iran, is a popular naturally occurring chewing gum and has been used traditionally in the treatment of peptic ulcer. The GC-MS analysis of the essential oil, obtained from steam distillation of the oleoresin of P. Atlantica var. mutica, has led to the identification and quantification of eleven terpenoids, α-pinene (70%), β-pinene (1.94%), 3-carene (0.2%), carveol (2.18%), epoxypinene (2.15%), limonene oxide (9%), myrtenol (5.31%), limonene (0.62%), citral (5.72%), α-phellandrene (0.2%), and β-myrcene (0.3%). The total amount of essential oil obtained was 22% v/w which is higher than any other species of the genus Pestacia.
