Abstract: Sleep deprivation due to extended work hours and circadian disruptionhas long been a concern in medicine.Clinicians who have been deprived of sleepfailed to ensure that patients are safe or that the quality of care they receive is high.So it can not be ignored to solve the tense relationship between the clinicians and the patients in China.As a result,to pay attention to the fatigue among clinicians and the safety of patients in our country has its practical significance.Take an active strategy to properly resolve the problem of fatigue among clinicians to ensure medical security,the establishment of safe,high-quality health care system,not only directly related to the treatment of patients,but also to the harmonious relations between clinicians and patients to ensure the safety of health care are very important.

Abstract: As the most important element of all the human sentiments, love is the human existence power that surpasses different people. Love is universal and unified among all the things in the world, while there are various definitions and understandings of love. As a systemic reaction and discussion course, bioethics includes a series of theories, the utmost of which is love. The theory of love in bioethics includes all the ethics-related comprehensive theories. This article presents some prestigious philosophers' understandings on the moral basis of good virtues, and emphasizes the role of love in practical ethics. Active and passive rights of love in medical ethics are also analyzed, and the definition of correct ethics is raised. Last but not least, by reflecting on the theories of social justice and collectivism, this article discusses individual and collective ethics.

Abstract: Objective: To explore the dual relationships and associated factors among Chinese counselors and psychotherapists.Methods: 1000 participants were investigated by a self-made questionnaire composed of ethical problems in psychotherapy and counseling.Results: The main dual relationships between counselors/psychotherapists and clients were the association of friends.Thirty-two percent of participants provided counseling or psychotherapy to their friends.To the item of "providing counseling or psychotherapy for their friends,students,supervisee,employees",the judges of ethical beliefs of participants were inconsistent,and forty-one percent of them thought that such behaviors were ethical.These items were the main associated factors,such as gender,the duration time of professional experience,the title of a technical post,the different experience of training,prescription,and medicine.Conclusion: The present state of nonsexual dual relationships between counselors/psychotherapists and clients are not rare,and the ethical beliefs of some participants in dual relationships were blurring.It is necessary to intensify the professional education,unify the ethical code,and accept the help of psychotherapy and supervision,in order to improve the current states of Chinese counselors and psychotherapists.

Abstract: Special Chinese family culture originated in the clan system,and matured in Confucianism.It takes family as the core,emphasizes the mutual obligations between family members,and played an important role in protecting the interests of family members.Influence of family culture on the application of informed consent mainly manifested in patients' role of benefit subject,defining and protecting subject's rights and responsibilities.As for its positive influences,it is helpful for protecting patients' interests and interests of the whole family,strengthen the sense of obligation among family members,deepen the affection among family members,and promote a harmonious relationship among family members.The main existing problems are the subject identifying between patients and family members,and subject right responsibility among family members.We should fully develop the advantage of traditional Chinese culture,in order to solve problems in the practice of informed consent.
