TL;DR: In this paper, the mutual exchange of Sr and H ions on ferric hydroxides was followed radiometrically as a function of the total concentration of the Sr ions, of the ferric hydride concentration, and of the pH value of the supernatunt solution.
Abstract: >The mutual exchange of Sr and H ions on ferric hydroxides was followed radiometrically as a function of the total concentration of the Sr ions, of the ferric hydroxide concentration, and of the pH value of the supernatunt solution The sorption of Sr ions by ferric hydroxide can be considered as a special case of complex formation With the help of this conception equations were derived, through the application of the mass effect law, which make possible a determination of the pattern of the sorption reactions and, in simple cases, their equilibrium constants (tr-auth)
