TL;DR: The fuzzy synthetic model was built by adopting AHP and fuzzy mathematics theory and has set up the evaluation index system of third class highway traffic safety with the help of safety reliability.
Abstract: Based on analysis of traffic safety of third class highway in western area,the text has adopted 28 more important influence factors as the evaluation index from eight aspects,which is natural condition,route condition,and roadside condition and so on.With the help of safety reliability,it has set up the evaluation index system of third class highway traffic safety.The fuzzy synthetic model was built by adopting AHP and fuzzy mathematics theory.The instance of G212 in Zhangxian Country of Gansu Province is calculated and analyzed with this method,and if the safety reliability satisfied the need,the results are agree with investigates of highway management department.The method can reflect the traffic safety of third class highway in western area.

Abstract: Life cycle assessment(LCA)is used to analyze the impacts of the building on energy consumption and environment of the society. The analysis results assist the participants to understand impacts of each stage of the construction projects on energy and environment. The energy consumption and environmental impact of a teaching building in Jiangsu province were conducted with life cycle assessment from its raw material production to the completion. The assessment results help to optimize the scheme of design,production or transportation. The research direction was also proposed to extend the life cycle evaluation methods from the view of resource and energy saving and environment protection.

Abstract: Risk management should applied in construction project, which is regulated in the specification of GB/T50236-2006. The first step of risk management is risk recognization. This paper studies the steps and methods for recognizing risk and suggests to classify the risks to schedule, quality, economy and safety. The Delphi method, workflow method and initial risk list method are used to recognize risk. The project of Harbin Mopanshan Reservoir Water Supply (2nd term) is taken as an example to analyze the risk recognization and risk report.

Abstract: With spreading increasingly influence of architecture to human, and with the advancement of green building and development of the related theory, and with the growing voice of resources-saving and environment-friendly society, it has been a question needed to solve urgently that analysis, management and controlling on the cost of greening building. It is necessary to analyze the cost of green building on the life cycle of the project, that is, the cost of early decision, designing, construction, final acceptance, trial production, and operation, removal, particularly, the cost of stage of designing and operation, furthermore, from the perspective of the whole society. So social costs and user costs are considered, that is, the impact of external costs.
