Abstract: This paper firstly introduces four computation methods for investment recovery term, which is one of the indices for evaluation of construction project finance. This paper focuses on the advantage and disadvantages of those four methods and their applying conditions. Based on this, the selection and implementation of the methods are discussed. Finally it is put forward that Dynamic Investment Recovery Term and Dynamic Additional Investment Recovery Term are more suitable.

Abstract: In this paper, from the systemic viewpoint the sustainable development ability of small towns can be measured from the following aspects: economic system,society system and environment system. These three aspects should be developed coordinately. A corresponding index system is established and a comprehensive approach based on AHP is supplied to evaluate the ability in the first part. In the second part, the authors mainly discuss how to realize the sustainable development of resources and energy sources, environment, humanistic community. The coordinate development of economy, society and environment should not be ignored and the social benefit, humanistic community benefit and long-term benefit should be emphasized in sustainable development of small towns.

The average price of new house was 80USD per square feet and the value of a suit of house (2000 square feet) was 160 thousand USD. The rate of housing credit expend on income was 1:4.7. There were still 3500 families renting houses in America.

Abstract: While the web-based information integration is the key direction of architectural information integration, the different software platform and data type become the bottleneck of the development. In order to overcome it, aecXML STEP is used to achieve the standard transfer of information. In this paper, the concept and characteristics of aecXML STEP are introduced, and the transfer and share structure of architectural product based on aecXML STEP and of the project information based on aecXML are studied, and the prospect of the aecXML STEP technology is discussed.
