TL;DR: In this article, the authors distinguished surround bidding and accompanying bidding in construction bidding, analyzed the reasons of surround bidding, and discussed the factors reflecting their decisions, and some suggestions were given to the government and bidders for rejecting this malversation.
Abstract: This paper distinguished surround-bidding and accompanying-bidding in construction biddings, analyzed the reasons of surround-bidding and accompanying-bidding. Through the whole process analysis of surround-bidder’s decision making, the factors reflecting their decisions were discussed. Some suggestions were given to our government and bidders for rejecting this malversation.

Abstract: BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) is a modern project pattern in the world. On the base of the analysis of the risk structure in BOT project, this paper is proposed to evaluate the risk in the way of the combination of fuzzy maths and the theory of analytic hierarchy process, which formed a fuzzy overall evaluation model. The model provides a risk evaluation method for BOT project, in which subjective and objective analysis are combined. Furthermore, the model is applied to a practical example of case.

Abstract: More and more joint venture appears in tendering for modern large-scale projects. The partner-selection of joint venture is an important decision problem. Aiming at such questions that there are many uncertain factors and information when select partners, this paper applied the grey systematic theory to analyze and confirm. A mathematics model was set up to offer a feasible and convenient decision method for decision maker.

Abstract: By appraising degrees of comparison about construction enterprises accurately and comprehensively, investor can avoid running great credit risk and make correct investment decision, as well as enterprises can make full use of credit renown to get the favor from investors. It can establish the solid foundation for the development of corporations. However, being lack of the management system on credit and means, construction enterprises are facing great credit risk. Based on the construction enterprises’ own characteristic, from bank credit risk management and control, according to the objective, comprehensive and correct principle, this article preliminarily discussed the content of the credit grade appraising of construction enterprises, index system and method.

Abstract: Many materials of construction engineering information are involved in engineering project construction and management process. Static information are classified and become files for construction engineering projects and provide an important proof for engineering inspection and rebuild, maintenance, management. Dynamic information is powerful for engineering construction process management and decision-make. The above information is based on the effective management of construction engineering information. Firstly the construction engineering information property is analyzed. Then the custom requirement is analyzed and the framework for management system is developed. The corresponding functional module is developed and is applied in practice.
