Abstract: With spreading increasingly influence of architecture to human, and with the advancement of green building and development of the related theory, and with the growing voice of resources-saving and environment-friendly society, it has been a question needed to solve urgently that analysis, management and controlling on the cost of greening building. It is necessary to analyze the cost of green building on the life cycle of the project, that is, the cost of early decision, designing, construction, final acceptance, trial production, and operation, removal, particularly, the cost of stage of designing and operation, furthermore, from the perspective of the whole society. So social costs and user costs are considered, that is, the impact of external costs.

Abstract: BT mode, as a relatively new way of construction financing modes, has a practical application in the Olympic extension project construction of Beijing subway. BT mode not only gave a good solution to the investment funds bottleneck problems, but also created a good platform for contractor with collection of financing and construction in one building, and with overall management of design, construction, and supervision. Through the analysis on the case of Olympic extension construction project of the subway projects, this paper discussed a number of advantages in the application of the BT mode in the subway projects, and summed up the risk in the course of the operation. At the end, development trend and controlling method of BT mode are given.

Abstract: Quality, generally refers to the quality of products, also including the generalized the quality of the work. Product quality is the value and product attributes, and the quality of work is the product quality assurance, it reflects the quality of products directly related with the work of the degree of product quality assurance. The quality of engineering is not only related to the applicability and effect of investment in construction projects, but also related to the people's life and property safety. As China's modernization undertaking vigorous development, construction project size continues to expand, the constant input of commercial housing construction, the quality of the event, will directly affect the public interest and public safety, construction project quality has increasingly become a focus of attention of people. Therefore, improving project management and quality control for the development and construction of the project has become crucial for enterprise survival and development.

Abstract: The development of every industry is phased,especially in the construction industry.And the change of each phase is corresponding to one important industrial structure adjustment and upgrading.So this paper mainly discussed from three aspects as ownership structure,organization structure and business structure.First,we reviewed the development process of the structure in Chinese construction industry and analyzed its development status.At the same time,we find problems of the structure in Chinese construction industry by comparing with the foreign developed country.And then,we forecast the future development trend of Chinese construction industry structure.Finally,we advanced countermeasures and suggestions.

Abstract: Based on the characters of investment project decision-making and the use of fuzzy math theory,this paper systematically analyzes main factors affecting the decision-making of the investment schemes,and establishes an index system and a multi-objective fuzzy optimum decision-making model for project investment schemes.Besides,the author will ascertain the weight of serials of indexes for evaluating the choice on the basis of the entropy analysis.A case study shows that this decision-making method is reasonable and feasible.

Abstract: Along with the theories researching and application of project management is developing, dynamic alliance organizing mode was led into project management. Dynamic alliance mode and system operation is an important in the research realm of project management model. It implements the dynamic alliance organizing mode to manage the each participant of project, to increasing the dynamic management level and adapting ability of changes. The text adopts the method of designing model to introduce the whole mode of dynamic alliance organization and systematic operation. To needed resources in process of project management, the system engineering method is implemented to study the project management and systematic operation. Further, the function of five sub-systems and operating in dynamic alliance organizing system is analyzed.

Abstract: To cope with the increasing demand on construction quality, how to apply the philosophy of TQM (short of "total quality management") which is aimed at continuous quality improvement and customer satisfaction in manufactory industry is being studied by specialist and practitioner in construction fields. In this paper, based on direction of TQM, a three-stage total quality management model is established to make sure that application of this model achieves the overall quality objective. In the end, the methods of quality assessment implemented in Hong Kong and Singapore are summarized for reference.
