Abstract: Methods for aggregating interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy information are investigated.Some operational laws of intervalvalued intuitionistic fuzzy numbers are defined.Based on these operational laws,some aggregation operators,including interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy weighted arithmetic aggregation operator and interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy weighted geometric aggregation operator,are proposed.The score function and accuracy function of interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy number are defined,and based on these two functions,a method for ranking interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy numbers is presented.Finally,an approach for decision making with interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy information is developed,and a practical example is provided to illustrate the developed approach.

Abstract: The basic idea, concepts, and framework of management and control for complex systems based on parallel systems methods are presented. The relationship of control systems and parallel systems is discussed. Parallel system methods are a further development and natural extension of control systems and computer-based modeling and simulation, resulting from new and recent advances in computing structure, algorithms, and technology. Parallel system methods might provide effective tools for control and management of complex systems that can not be modeled precisely or experimented repeatedly.

Abstract: For multi-criteria decision making problems,in which the information on criteria's weights is incomplete and the criteria values are intuitionistic trapezoidal fuzzy numbers,a method of multi-criteria decision-making with incomplete certain information based on intuitionistic trapezoidal fuzzy number is proposed.By using the incomplete certain information of criteria weight coefficient,the optimized nonlinear programming based on Hamming distance between integrated intuitionisitc trapezoidal fuzzy number of each alternative and ideal-solution and non-ideal solution is constructed.By solving the nonlinear programming,the optimized criteria weight coefficients are attained.Then,the relative closeness to the ideal solution of alternative is obtained.The ranking of the alternatives set can be obtained by comparing the relative closeness of alternatives.Finally,an example analysis shows the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.

Abstract: As one of the advanced research direction in decision-making fields, fuzzy multi-criteria decision-making is of wide applications in real decision-making. The current research on the multi-criteria linguistic decision-making methods and fuzzy multi-criteria decision-making methods based on fuzzy number, intuitionistic fuzzy set and Vague set are reviewed. The definition of intuitionistic trapezoidal fuzzy number and interval intuitionistic trapezoidal fuzzy number are given, and the fuzzy number and intuitionistic fuzzy set are extended. Some problems and future research directions on fuzzy multi-criteria decision-making are also proposed.
