TL;DR: A review of the pre-history, the process of formation and the possible directions of future development of the theory of monetary circuit can be found in this article, where the main theoretical constructions of Graziany and the other leading representatives of the circuitist school are revealed.
Abstract: The present paper reviews the pre-history, the process of formation and the possible directions of future development of the theory of monetary circuit. The author reveals the main theoretical constructions of Graziany and the other leading representatives of the circuitist school. The principles of derivation of transaction and balance sheet matrices reflecting the main ideas of the theory are discussed. The dynamic variants of the theory as well as the connection between the circuitist approach and the input-output model are subject to examination. The paper studies the possibility the circuitist approach to be further broadened on the basis of the mathematical graphs theory. The author emphasizes that the theory of monetary circuit denies the neoclassical dichotomy and rejects the postulate of the neutrality of money. The opportunity is also offered to upgrade the monetary circuit theory by using the mathematical graph theory. The paper includes also a critical evaluation of the presented theory.

TL;DR: In this article, the difference between the actual emigration and the generally declared intention to travel abroad is discussed, as well as the profile of settlers and the temporary long-term and short-term Bulgarian emigrants.
Abstract: The emigration potential is estimated, as well as the profile of settlers and the temporary long-term and short-term Bulgarian emigrants. The difference between the actual emigration and the generally declared intention to travel abroad is discussed. The data from two surveys carried out using the same questionnaire in 2001 and 2003 is used. When identifying the profile of emigrants there have been established two types of variables: demographics; employment, education and previous stay abroad. There are used standard cross-tabulations and binary logit-models. Three individual logit-models for each type of emigrant are estimated. It is emphasized that: the immediate emigration potential from Bulgaria (within the current year) does not differ dramatically from that of the countries of Central Europe; age and previous stay abroad are among the most important determinants of emigration attitudes of Bulgarian citizens; employment, education and incomes do not have the expected influence. It is argumented that migratory policies, based on restrictions and bilateral agreements (in their European version), could hardly be effective under the conditions of the newly created migration networks and the business which has found a niche in the provision of emigration services.

TL;DR: In this article, the fundamental characteristics of corporatism are traced out on three different levels -intercompany (meso), intracompany (micro) and national (macro) level.
Abstract: Some elements of the socioeconomic system called Corporatism are outlined and analyzed in this paper. In this system a new type of property on the means of production comes into being, and a considerable part of the functions executed respectively by the individual or by the state in the alternative systems capitalism and socialism, pass over to the corporation. This leads to changes in the character of competition, the system of social protection, the aims of the social production, the manifestation of the freedom of the individual. The fundamental characteristics of corporatism are traced out on three different levels - intercompany (meso), intracompany (micro) and national (macro) level. The relations between companies are institutionalized predominantly under the form of multisector amalgamations of joint stock companies (MSAJSC), which are namely considered as a new type of property on the means of production. The basic peculiarities of the corporatistic company can be summarized in the integration of management and workers and in the independence of the company leaders from the control of capital. The influence of the state on corporations is indirect and is based on the "mutual understanding", built up in the process of continuous interaction.
