Abstract: Antimicrobial peptides have captured the attention of researchers in recent years because of their efficiency in fighting against pathogens.Antimicrobial peptides are under consideration as new substitutes for conventional pesticides and antibiotics.Many plants and animals have been manipulated with antimicrobial peptide-encoding genes and several pesticides and drugs have been produced based on these peptides.Such strategies and products may still have a long way to go before being confirmed by regulatory bodies and others need to surmount technical problems before being accepted as applicable ones.In spite of these facts,several cases of successful use of antimicrobial peptides in agriculture and food industry indicate a promising future for extensive application of these peptides.

Abstract: The demonstrative test for the application of 0. 01% Brassinolide solution was conducted in the field of double cropping late rice which was directly sown on various dates. The results showed that: among different application methods,spraying 300 mL / hm20. 01% Brassinolide once respectively at the tillering stage,initial rupturing stage,and full heading stage of rice could obtain the best yield-increasing effect,and its yield-increasing rate reached 9. 65% ~ 16. 56% as compared with the control( no spraying). The application of 0. 01% Brassinolide could shorten the duration of rice heading,strengthen the resistance of rice to autumn low-temperature damage,and it had no obvious impact on rice plant height and was safe to rice.

Abstract: The development of rural household biogas in China was summarized.There were five development stages on biogas progress in China were proposed.Biogas was always focused by the government and farmers when it was made more widespread in Chinese rural districts in the past;thou it was different in scale and situation for different stages by the restrictions of techniques and popularize,but at last the techniques of biogas was matured gradually.Now biogas is a powerful tool in the Chinese new socialist countryside construction,and the functions,problems and perspective in Chinese rural biogas popularize in the future were analysed.
