TL;DR: In this paper, the octanol/water partition coefficient of melamine is detected by using shake flask method, which indicates that melamine cannot be enriched by organism easily, and it is an important parameter for the study on environmental behaviors of organic compounds, which can be used to estimate the physical and chemical properties of hydrophobicity.
Abstract: Octanol /water partition coefficient (Kow) is an important parameter for the study on environmental behaviors of organic compounds, which can be used to estimate and measure the physical and chemical properties of hydrophobicity. In this study, the octanol/water partition coefficient of melamine is detected by using shake flask method. Results show the octanol/water partition coefficient is -0.855 after shaking for 24 hours, which indicate that melamine is a compound cannot be enriched by organism easily.

Abstract: This paper analyzed the current situations of poverty, poverty degrees and their specific characteristics in concentrated karst desertification areas of Yunnan, Guangxi and Guizhou provinces. The causes were discussed for poverty including the vulnerability of natural environment, harsh living environment, weak industrial foundation and irrational industrial structure, high regional development cost and population pressure. Finally the suggestions were put forward for development-oriented poverty reduction models and ideas a in concentrated karst desertification poverty areas in the respects of poverty alleviation mechanism, the content and key fields of poverty-relief development, favored policy, safeguard supporting measures.

Abstract: The distributions and sources of organic carbon,nitrogen and phosphorus in the surface sediments of Caohai Lake were analyzed.The single factor index method was used to appraise the pollution of TOC,TN and TP in the surface sediments.The results showed that the TOC and TN contents in the surface sediments of Caohai Lake were high,and had a significant homology correlation,while the TP content was relatively low and had a different source from TN.The terrestrial pollution of TOC,TN and TP in the sediments of East zone and nearby shore area was in a serious situation.The contents of TOC and TN contained in sediments of Caohai Lake were enough to cause serious level of ecological toxic effects.However,damage to the environment caused by TP was small.The pollution degree of TOC and TN was SNE and the pollution degree of TP was ESN.

Abstract: This paper analyzes the status quo of karst rocky desertification and the reasons why some breakthrough of rocky desertification prevention and control can not be made for a long time in Puding County,Guizhou Province,China.Discussion is focused on the changes of ideas on preventing and controlling rocky desertification.Some new thoughts are put forward from ecological compensation,experiential tourism,constructing eco-living environment,industrialization of economic plants,and education on rocky desertification prevention.

Abstract: This paper studied dynamic variation of the esterase activity and protein content in resistance selection processes of Harmonia axyridis to beta-cypermethrin, imidacloprid and chlorpyrifos. The results showed that enzyme activity and protein content increased with breeding generations increased; cypermethrin breeding strain esterase activity increased multiples higher than the other two kinds; and the three kinds of insecticides in breeding strains protein content increased not obviously. The research results could provide references to further work on resistance mechanism of predatory ladybeetles.

TL;DR: In this paper, heavy metals in soil samples from Caohai, a national nature reserve, were measured and compared with the national standards for class-II soil limit values, the results showed that contents of heavy metals excessive in soil were Cd,Zn,Ni,As,Cr and Pb,while contents of Cu,Hg were not exceeded.
Abstract: Heavy metals in soil samples from Caohai,a national nature reserve,were measured.Compared with the national standards for class-II soil limit values,the results showed that contents of heavy metals excessive in soil were Cd,Zn,Ni,As,Cr and Pb,while contents of Cu,Hg were not exceeded.Indices of N.L.Nemerow polluted evaluation and soil participation rate showed that heavy pollution became relatively serious near pollution sources and related water channel sections of the basin wetland ecosystem.

Abstract: According to the earthquake distribution density and tectonic difference of earthquake control occurrence, the earthquake distribution can be divided into Weining-Qinlong area (Area A), Zunyi-Guiyang area (Area B) and Tongren-Rongjia area (Area C) Demarcation line of Area A and Area B is Yadu-Ziyun Fault, demarcation line of Area B and Area C is Songtao-Dushan Fault Earthquake distribution of Areas A, B and C is respectively 80 %, 15 % and 5 % The focal depth shows that earthquakes of Guizhou are all shallow focus earthquakes, generally focusing on 7~11 km The focal depth of Area B is less than 30 km and the focal depth of Area A is less than 20 km, some of them are 20~70 km There were 4-degree seismic active periods from 1900 to 1975, namely, 1906~1919,1928~1941,1948~1955 and 1963~1974 There were 3-degree seismic active periods from 1975 to 2011, namely, 1978~1989,1993~2000 and 2003~2011

Abstract: According to complex theory of electromagnetic field,the invisibility of electromagnetic phenomenon and difficult command of ANSYS simulation software parameter setting closely related to practical application background,the image of simulation analysis of skin effect was obtained,through a discussion about the theoretical basis,specific steps and attention points in electromagnetic field of ANSYS.A comparison was made to change frequency to verify that the setting frequency also got influence on skin effect.
