Abstract: In this paper, new transform with fundamental properties are presented. The new transform has many interesting properties and applications which make it rival to other transforms. Furthermore, we generalize all existing differentiation, integration, and convolution theorems in the existing literature. New results and new shifting theorems are introduced. Finally, comprehensive list of this transforms of functions will be providing.

Abstract: In this paper, we introduce a method to identify the text printed in Arabic, since the recognition of the printed text is very important in the applications of information technology, the Arabic language is among a group of languages with related characters such as the language of Urdu , Kurdish language , Persian language also the old Turkish language " Ottoman ", it is difficult to identify the related letter because it is in several cases, such as the beginning of the word has a shape and center of the word has a shape and the last word also has a form, either texts in languages where the characters are not connected, then the image of the letter one in any location in the word has been Adoption of programs ready for him A long time. In this paper we present an off-line system to recognize printed Arabic text by using Hidden Markov Model with the aid of algorithm that segment the text line into sections and then into characters.

Abstract: We described herein the synthesis of bis-1,3,4-oxadiazole containing glycine moiety. N- {5-(5-(4-Methoxyphenyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazole-2-yl-sulfanyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazole-2-yl-methyl}-4-methoxy- benzamide was fully characterized by elemental analysis, FT-IR and 1 H NMR spectroscopy. Also this study was designed to show the effects of bis-oxadiazole compound on the activities of some transferase enzymes such as: GOT, GPT and c-GT in sera. This compound demonstrated activation on GOT and GPT activities, inhibitory effects on the c-GT activity. These effects increased with increasing the concentration of the compound. The causes of the increases and decreases in the enzymes activities are discussed.

Abstract: In this paper, we will present p roposed enhance process of image compression by using RLE algorithm. This proposed yield to decrease the size of compressing image, but the original method used primarily for compressing a binary images [1].Which will yield increasing the size of an original image mostly when used for color images. The test of an enhanced algorithm is performed on sample consists of ten BMP 24-bit true color images, building an application by using visual basic 6.0 to show the size after and before compression process and computing the compression ratio for RLE and for the enhanced RLE algorithm.

Abstract: High Q-factor based on absorption can be achieved by tuning (the reflection and the transition percentage). In this work, the simple design and simulated in S-band have been investigated. The simulation results of G-shape resonator are shown triple band of absorption peaks 60%, 91.5%, and 70.3%) at resonance frequency 2.7 GHz, 3.26 GHz, and 4.05 GHz respectively. The results exhibited very high of the Q-factor ( 271 ) at resonance frequency ( 3.26 GHz ). The high Q-factor can be used to enhance the sensor sensing, narrowband band filter and image sensing.
