Abstract: Abstract Event-based systems are used increasingly often to build loosely-coupled distributed applications. With their growing popularity and gradual adoption in mission critical areas, the need for novel techniques for benchmarking and performance modeling of event-based systems is increasing. In this article, we provide an overview of the state-of-the-art in this area considering both centralized systems based on message-oriented middleware as well as large-scale distributed publish/subscribe systems. We consider a number of specific techniques for benchmarking and performance modeling, discuss their advantages and disadvantages, and provide references for further information. The techniques we review help to ensure that systems are designed and sized to meet their quality-of-service requirements.

Abstract: Image denoising is a very important technology in the digital image processing field.The traditional denoising algorithms based on wavelet transform cannot obtain an enough ideal denoising result.In order to overcome this problem,an image denoising algorithm based on Contourlet transform is presented.The experimental results show that,compared with the traditional and the usual denoising methods,the proposed method can not only keep the marginal information of the images,but increase the SNR of the denoised images.

Abstract: Wireless Sensor Networks(WSN) has important value of research and use in many fields.Self-localization of WSN has been the basis of most of uses in WSN.Node localization has been an important and critical research direction in the study of WSN.The research of this paper is based on the analysis of a great deal of recent technical reports and research results on WSN.It includes the research background,practical utility and present investigatory headway of WSN.Some related techniques of WSN,the concept and basic principles of node localization in WSN are also introduced.The research status and some main performance evaluating criterions of self-localization in WSN are analyzed.Then,some issues which need to be resolved in future are discussed.

According to the objective,subjective evaluation of simulation results and implementation complexity,a comparison on stability and adaptability of all algorithms is also presented.In the end,the comparatively good algorithms are selected and some improved methods are put forward.

Abstract: Considering the conventional algorithms' low efficiency of searching for optimizing in job shop scheduling problems,the job shop scheduling solution is presented based on particle swarm optimization algorithm.In this paper,the basic theory of particle swarm optimization is described,also,the coding and selection of parameters as well as the decoding of PSO are studied.It uses the maximum flow time which being minimized to evaluate performance of the algorithm,and applies it to solve a typical scheduling problem.The simulation results show that PSO applied in solving job-shop scheduling is very effective.

Abstract: Chinese word segmentation dictionary is the important base of Chinese information processing system.The arithmetic of the dictionary influences the speed and efficiency of segmentation.This paper designs a new Chinese word segmentation dictionary based on the improved traditional binary-seek-by-word dictionary.The dictionary uses less memory.The experiment shows that the dictionary has high efficiency and is easy to build.

Abstract: This study is to guide to estimate service quality on ITSM operation based on ITIL(IT Infrastructure Library) ITIL v2 and v3 provide how to integrate framework of IT service and business process. It is widely used as ITSM operation base. As a latest IT trend, ITSM covers Hardware, Software, SaaS, Network, Call center Helpdesk, ASP portal and IT operation. Servicedesk is selected as target area where valid sampling is addressable and service change is rapid. Traditional Helpdesk was focusing on technical support to solve internal IT issues passively. But it was evolved into Service Desk which focus in process and provide integrated service from customer's business view point preventively and proactively. Accordingly outsourcing types business are normally performed by group of professional capability. Service quality is measured under the SLA(Service Level Agreement). This study utilized SERVQUAL model as service quality measuring tool developed by Parasuraman, Zeitaml and Berry to find critical factors to satisfy customer. And test was processed regarding effectiveness of IT organization and customer view point thru sampling. Though valid parameters can be changed by ITSM area under the SERVQUAL models, they naturally can be accepted as a index of service quality measurement after sampling test with acceptable significance. And I recommend to follow this study as a preparation before official SLA

Abstract: A forecast model of US dollar/RMB exchange rate based on RBF neural network is presented.The historical data of US dollar/RMB exchange rate near two years is analyzed by the model,the model is developed by combining the k-clustering algorithms to search for the network centers,and the network weight is adjusted by OLS(orthogonal least square) algorithms.The prediction result of US dollar/RMB exchange rate shows that the model has a good forecast and pan-ability and can obtain a good forecasting result.
