TL;DR: In this article, the mediating effect of brand experience and brand trust on CSR -brand loyalty linkage has been investigated with the consumers of fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) brands.
Abstract: The study proposes a model that extends the corporate social responsibility (CSR) literature by bridging a gap concerning the mediating effect of brand experience and brand trust on CSR - brand loyalty linkage. A survey with 354 respondents around the shopping malls (in Delhi-the capital of India) with the consumers of fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) was conducted to test the hypothesis. Findings indicate that there is no direct impact of consumer perceived CSR on brand loyalty. The consumer perceived CSR influences the brand loyalty through the mediation of brand experience and brand trust. The indirect effect of CSR on brand loyalty through brand experience is stronger in comparison with the indirect effect through brand trust. Hence, this study emphasises that consumer perceived CSR alone is not sufficient to improve customers' loyalty toward the FMCG brands. FMCG brands need to create unique and memorable brand experiences to gain brand loyalty along with indulging in CSR activities.

TL;DR: This article argued that the limited information of individuals in responding to organisational policies forces them to evaluate justice subjectively, and proposed social capital as a key factor in explaining individual behaviour in evaluating distributive justice and procedural justice.
Abstract: This study argues that the limited information of individuals in responding to organisational policies forces them to evaluate justice subjectively. Referring to social identity theory, this study proposes social capital as a key factor in explaining individual behaviour in evaluating distributive justice and procedural justice. An individual's high social capital tends to be oriented towards groups with different justice principles. Applying an experimental design, this research discusses the controversies of distributive and procedural justice impact on job satisfaction and organisational commitment. The substantial finding in this research explains that contextual aspects, such as distributive justice, procedural justice, and social capital, play a large role in elaborating satisfaction and organisational commitment.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors highlight that ambidextrous organisations are more likely to achieve organisational sustainability which is a growing concern in the current volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous (VUCA) environment.
Abstract: In this paper, we highlight that ambidextrous organisations are more likely to achieve organisational sustainability which is a growing concern in the current volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous (VUCA) environment. Ambidextrous organisations can achieve sustainability through exploration and exploitation using three approaches, that is, sequential, structural and contextual. Knowledge workers comprising the top management team, senior leaders and other employees play an important role in choosing the approaches to organisational ambidexterity and therefore, to organisational performance and organisational sustainability. We further suggest that this process is influenced by strategy, structure and culture in the organisations. Thus, this paper adds to the literature on organisational ambidexterity and sustainability by proposing a conceptual framework.

Abstract: While entrepreneurship education has been started and popularised in many institutions of tertiary education in India little is known at this point about the effect of these courses. This study seeks to address this research gap. It aims to: 1) gauge the significance of entrepreneurship among post graduate business students who would be India's next generation of entrepreneurs; 2) understand how entrepreneurship is integrated in the curricula of business schools in India; 3) examine the link between entrepreneurial education and students' entrepreneurial intentions and characteristics. The opinions of 190 postgraduate business students, 14 former students and directors/deans of eight business schools have been taken. This study indicates that entrepreneurship education powerfully motivates young people to start their own venture. It is now difficult for young people to find the traditional 'job-for-life' careers. Enterprise education is looked upon as a vital prerequisite to prepare the youth for the dynamics of the job market.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors identify the most crucial problems in the agricultural supply chain system through a literature survey and expert judgements and modelled them using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP).
Abstract: An effective, sustainable agricultural supply chain system (SASCS) plays an important role in sustaining and stimulating development and growth in the agricultural and food sector. It covers all the activities involved in moving the agricultural produce from the farm to the end user. There are some challenges to this domain, which are constricting its growth in India. The objective of the present investigation is to identify the most crucial problems in the agricultural supply chain system through a literature survey and expert judgements. The explored challenges are modelled using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). After analysing the factors, the top three identified significant challenges of the hierarchical model are-lack of agricultural supply chain infrastructure (C1), lack of integration among the national agricultural markets (C2) and seasonality of the agricultural produce and long gestation period for the projects of infrastructure (C4). The developed AHP model will guide the decision and policy makers in formulating the appropriate sustainable policies for improving the overall agricultural supply chain performance.
