TL;DR: There is still a need for a better and more efficient preventive scheme to address the MITM attack in VANet, and the benchmarks of security of VANET are studied and figured out in this paper.
Abstract: Vehicular Ad-Hoc Network (VANET) is an indispensable part of the Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) due to its abilities to enhance traffic management and safety. Many researchers have been focused on specific areas involving management and storage data, protocols standardization, network fragmentation, monitoring, and quality of service. The benchmarks of security of VANET are studied and figured out in this paper. VANET provides the driver and passenger with the safety application as well as entertainment service. However, the communication between nodes in VANET is susceptible to security threats in both communication modes, which indicates the main hazard. In this paper, we identified different Man-In-The-Middle (MITM) attacks with various behaviors such as message tampering, message delaying, and message dropping, according to the literature. In this study, the essential background of VANET from architectural point of view and communication types are discussed. Then, the overview of MITM attack in VANET is presented. In addition, this paper thoroughly reviews the existing prevention schemes for MITM attack in VANET. This review paper reveals that there is still a need for a better and more efficient preventive scheme to address the MITM attack in VANET. This review paper could serve as evidence and reference in the development of any new security schemes for VANETs.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors present the first steps in digital transformation of the Indian insurance system, which is only the first step towards paperless claims and a chunk of technology investment goes into improving agent experience.
Abstract: Insurance companies are unique — most of their interactions with customers happen through an agent. In effect, a chunk of technology investment goes into improving agent experience. Insurers have developed systems to advise agents on products tailored for specific customers, depending on their history with the insurer and income band. Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance has a mobile app to hire agents. This helps in training, exams and licensing. It has brought on board 15,700 consultants digitally in the past year, cutting down processing time by half. Insurers have launched mobile phone apps, making it easier for customers to transact with them. They are, slowly and surely, moving towards paperless claims as well. These are, however, only the first steps in digital transformation. Changing core systems is expensive and complicated. So, most transformation initiatives focus on improving systems of engagement with customers. With the constant advancements and better use of digital tools in the last few years; most of these challenges seem to be addressed efficiently. While technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Block chain, and Advanced Analytics are working as promoters to enhance the importance of insurance, the insurers are working hard to create a more streamlined and integrated insurance system.

Abstract: Information technology is the fastest growing sector in the country and the highest employer in the private sector. The fast-paced technological changes, the need to keep up with it and the huge workload puts enormous demands on the employees. They experience anxiety and stress at the workplace which affects, positively and negatively, their attitude towards their job and management. Hence, the study investigated the relationship between anxiety and stress experienced by the employees at the workplace and how each factor affects their attitude towards their management respectively. Since the study covered both male and female employees, hence similar nature of relationship between the variables was also examined separately for each gender For this ex-post facto research, a convenience sample of 200 respondents through stratified sampling technique was chosen in 2019 from various IT firms in Hyderabad. The age of the respondents was between 24-36 years. The data for analysis was collected through 3 scales/ index viz. 1) Job Anxiety Scale by Dr. A. K. Srivastava 2) Occupational Stress Index by A K Srivastav and A P Singh 3) Attitude Scale for Measuring Employee Attitude Towards Management Attitude Scale for Measuring Employee Attitude Towards Management by Dr. K D Kapoor and a personal information sheet. Statistical tools of Pearson was applied to analyse the data. The results of the study confirmed that occupational stress significantly and negatively predicted attitude towards management of the employees. But, on the contrary for job anxiety the relationship with employee attitude was found to be insignificant. The attitude towards management of female employees was found to be more significantly and negatively related to job anxiety and occupational stress respectively as compared to their male counterparts. This result belied the expectations. However, no interaction effect was observed between job anxiety and occupational stress while predicting attitude towards management. It is recommended that IT companies must design general and gender based intervention strategies to reduce job anxiety and occupational stress among employees.

Abstract: Accurate determination of molecular weight of heptane plus( ) fractions is essential in reliable phase behavior calculations and compositional EOS modeling studies Empirical correlations provide cheaper alternatives in time and cost, to obtaining reliable molecular weight data than by experiments, though with compromised accuracies Several empirical correlations developed to predict molecular weight of fractionsof petroleum were reviewed A new correlation for calculating molecular weight of heptane plus fractions of light crudes was developed from a database compiled from Niger Delta fields for over 1,200 light crude oil assays, conventional PVT reports, and literature data The correlation was developed using rational multiple regression analysis method The new correlation’s performance was compared with five others which do not depend on boiling point temperatures Results showed that the new correlation has superior performance with the lowest absolute average and relative mean square errors The new correlation had an average relative error of 815%, root mean square error of 009% and correlation coefficient of 0955

TL;DR: In this paper, a systematic approach to address the research questions, the literature was reviewed, in research methodology, primary data was collected through questionnaire which followed a sampling method accompanied by hypothesis testing which revealed that the effective practices boosts up the efficiency of the employees and performance of the organization too.
Abstract: Talent management is a mechanism which involves hiring, assigning, transferring, growth and retaining of employees in the organisation. It is important because it ensures top talent is attracted and effective employee performance, employee’s engagement and retainment of top talent. A thorough review of the work carried out shows that businesses are experiencing a talent shortage in this competitive period, which has placed pressure on them to recruit the best talent and to ensure that workers enter the company and choose to remain in the organization rather than seeking opportunities elsewhere. The importance of the different components of talent management for employees was another unexplored area. Existing research has not been able to resolve the problem of defining the importance of the different talent management elements and the weighting they bear for employees. The problem of employee perception and management perception of the efficacy of talent management activities has also not been discussed, to address this gap the researcher has attempted to study talent management practices in service sector. The author followed a systematic approach to address the research questions, the literature was reviewed, in research methodology, primary data was collected through questionnaire which followed a sampling method accompanied by hypothesis testing which revealed that the effective practices boosts up the efficiency of the employees and performance of the organization too.
