TL;DR: The algorithm to resolve the unbalanced energy consumption problem caused by long distance data transmission of some nodes in a chain formed by the greedy algorithm.
Abstract: Sensor network consisting of nodes with limited battery power and wireless communications are deployed to collect useful information from the field. The main idea in PEGASIS is for each node to receive from and transmit to close neighbors and take turns being the leader for transmission to the BS. This approach distributes the energy load evenly among the sensor nodes in the network. Sensor nodes are randomly deployed in the sensor field, and therefore, the i th node is at a random location. The nodes will be organized to form a chain, which can either be accomplished by the sensor nodes themselves using a greedy algorithm. The algorithm to resolve the unbalanced energy consumption problem caused by long distance data transmission of some nodes in a chain formed by the greedy algorithm.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors showed that the waste generation rate in Indian cities ranges between 200 870 grams/day, depending upon the region's lifestyle and the size of the city, and that per capita waste generation is increasing by about 1.3% per year in India.
Abstract: The present study represents that the waste generation rate in Indian cities ranges between 200 870 grams/day, depending upon the region’s lifestyle and the size of the city. The study also shows that the per capita waste generation is increasing by about 1.3% per year in India. Cities in Western India were found to be generating the least amount of waste per person, only 440 grams/day, followed by East India (500 g/day), North India (520 g/day), and South India. Southern Indian cities generate 560 grams/day, the maximum waste generation per person. States with minimum and maximum per capita waste generation rates are Manipur (220 grams/day) and Goa (620 grams/day).

TL;DR: In this article, a conceptual study established on the employee training and development program and its benefits is presented, where the authors inspect the structure and elements of employee training program and later the study present what are the positive outcomes for employees and organizations.
Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to present a conceptual study established on the employee training and development program and its benefits. This paper will inspect the structure and elements of employee training and development program and later the study present what are the positive outcomes for employees and organizations. Training and development play an important role in the effectiveness of organizations and to the experiences of people in work. Training has implications for productivity, health and safety at work and personal development. Modern organizations therefore use their resources (money, time, energy, information, etc.) for permanent training and advancement of their employees. Training and development is an instrument that aid human capital in exploring their dexterity. Therefore training and development is vital to the productivity of organization‟s workforce. The study described here is a vigilant assessment of literature on fundamental of employee development program and its benefits to organizations and employees.
