TL;DR: The confrontation between theory and experiment in high energy spin physics is already tantalizing as discussed by the authors, and future experiments will provide a severe test for QCD, as shown in this paper.

TL;DR: A review of the standard models of the strong (Quantum Chromodynamics), weak (Weinberg-Salam Gauge theory) and electromagnetic (quantum Electromagnetic) forces and their unification in the SU−3 x SU−2 x U−1 group are discussed in this article.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors review basic aspects of the phenomenology of CP violation in the decays of K and B mesons and highlight the highlights of this field including the clean observables B(K{sub L} {yields} {pi}{sup 0ntnu}{anti {nu}}) and A{sub CP} (B {s} J/{Psi} K{sub S}).
Abstract: The author reviews basic aspects of the phenomenology of CP violation in the decays of K and B mesons. In particular he discusses the commonly used classification of CP violation--CP violation in the mass matrix, in the interference of mixing with decay, and in the decay amplitude itself--and the related notions of direct and indirect CP violation. These concepts are illustrated with explicit examples. The author also emphasizes the highlights of this field including the clean observables B(K{sub L} {yields} {pi}{sup 0}{nu}{anti {nu}}) and A{sub CP} (B {yields} J/{Psi}K{sub S}). The latter quantity serves to demonstrate the general features of large, mixing induced CP violation in B decays.

TL;DR: A Time Projection Chamber (TPC) has been constructed to search for double beta decay in 82Se and the lifetime for the 2ν2β is τ1/2=1.4(+6−3) 1020 years (68%C.L.).
Abstract: A Time Projection Chamber (TPC) has been constructed to search for double beta decay in 82Se. The lifetime for the 2ν2β is τ1/2=1.4(+6−3) 1020 years (68%C.L.). Limits for oν2β decay with and without majoron emission are also given.

TL;DR: A review of data and theoretical interpretations of the nuclear dependence of quark and antiquark distributions as observed in the deep inelastic scattering of neutrinos and charged leptons from nuclei is presented in this paper.
Abstract: A review is presented of data and theoretical interpretations of the nuclear dependence of quark and antiquark distributions as observed in the deep inelastic scattering of neutrinos and charged leptons from nuclei. After a summary of the experimental situation and a survey of the broad spectrum of proposed explanations, I concentrate on the Q2‐rescaling approach and on interpratations, I concentrate on the Q2‐rescaling approach and on interpretations in terms of conventional nuclear physics. The review concludes with a list of desirable future experiments.
